With its privileged natural setting, in the heart of the Vosges forest, the Neuhauser Hotel guarantees perfectly calm and peaceful nights.
A member of the Relais du Silence (Relais of Silence), the establishment offers just over ten rooms in classic and contemporary styles. The former, with their warm salmon hues and floral trimmings, will delight lovers of a bourgeois and traditional rural atmosphere. The latter will appeal to modern guests seeking a refined and bright ambiance. This offering is complemented by two 65m² suites that can accommodate 5 people.
In terms of amenities, the rooms are equipped with their own bathrooms, with showers or bathtubs, as well as a television with DTT and free, unlimited internet access. Finally, the hotel offers two rooms accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
The first thing that strikes you about Neuhauser is nature. Whichever direction you look, the forest is unmistakably omnipresent. And the panoramic dining room, with what can probably be described as one of the most beautiful forest views in Alsace, is certainly the best expression of this.

We have been happy guests at Neuhauser for over 30 years and would be happy to come back again!
We booked accommodation with half board. Our reservation confirmation stated breakfast at €15 per person and half board at €15 per person. When we paid, we were suddenly asked to pay €54 per person for half board, an additional €39 per person. They claimed this was a booking error in the system. As a guest, however, I cannot be held responsible for this. The hotel offered no assistance whatsoever. This is not acceptable. As a guest, I have to rely on the prices stated in the booking confirmation. The food itself was good. In the chalet, you could take drinks from the fridge. The fridge was not clean, and the beer had already expired four months ago. No assistance was offered here either.

Simple house, family spirit, no fuss
Following a car accident. I came to rest. We discovered a true haven of peace. Beautiful spacious room, smiling and friendly welcome, beautiful table combining gastronomy and refined presentation. And the waitresses were really pleasant and attentive. We will be back.
