Hello Madam, Mr. Cambier, We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. We regret that our receptionist's apologies were not enough to alleviate your dissatisfaction. Regarding the room, it is not "old and ugly", but retains the charm and character of a traditional family home in the Luberon. During the high season and hot weather, we replace the duvets with bedspreads to ensure the optimal comfort of our guests. Of course, everyone's tastes are different. Each room has three hangers in the closet, but we can of course make more available upon request. As for the hall door, it is not dirty but shows signs of wear and tear due to the frequent passage of many guests. Every year, during the low season, we carry out its complete renovation, because in high season we do not have the possibility to do it without disturbing our guests. We also inform you that two newspapers, La Provence and Le Monde , are available at the reception for our guests. The satisfaction of our guests remains our priority, as long as mutual respect is preserved. We nevertheless take good note of your comments and will remain vigilant in order to continually improve our services. We hope despite everything that you will keep a good memory of your stay and we thank you for having chosen the Mas de Cure Bourse.

For your information, our restaurant and reception are closed every Tuesday throughout the year, as indicated on our website. Regarding the pool, the Pool Bistro is open to the public from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. by reservation.

Regarding our location, we are 2.5 km from the town center of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The access road (although this is not our responsibility) has recently been resurfaced but remains a country road.

Furthermore, we have 4 different room categories, which means that some photos on our site do not necessarily correspond to the room you occupied.

We thank you for taking the time to write a review even if we would have liked to hear the sound of your voice... Both to take your reservation (which you made on a booking platform) (too bad, you would have had 15% discount on the room) we contacted you to give you all the useful information upon your arrival as well as a telephone number if necessary. There is always someone at the Mas, we could have brought you a bottle of water...
You seem to be a web user and probably haven't scrolled properly... The closing date is clearly indicated there.
As for the swimming pool, you have certainly noticed that it is under construction and not just empty and as you seem to have great perspicacity you do not swim in the rain, well the mason does not stick the tiles in the rain either!
No matter... We will keep the big smile you gave us when you left and hope to be able to order the sun so you can enjoy our beautiful pool this summer.
