Evening meal, far too expensive considering the quality of the meal. A detailed invoice was requested and promised but never provided.

Very pleasant stay, warm welcome and setting conducive to relaxation and a change of scenery. The only downsides in our opinion were the requests not respected when booking despite confirmation (room with bathtub, restaurant table moved because the restaurant was full, etc.) and the lack of washcloths/bathrobes in the room. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, excellent breakfast and meals.

I liked this hotel, the only thing I have to complain about is the carpet in the rooms, I find it unhygienic, especially since pets are allowed.

Tolles Hotel, der Pool war super und sehr warm. Leider hatte das Restaurant geschlossen das war sehr schade. Die Rezeptionistin hat leider kein Wngöisch gesprochen. Sie war aber unfassbar freundlich und sehr bemüht
I am skeptical about this hotel. The entrance is very beautiful, very classy, very spacious. The breakfast room is also very well arranged with your Claire and pleasant. When we came in it was a big wow.!!. However, something is wrong with this hotel. In any case, it is not to our taste, it has been redone... however, the colors are dark, the patterns of the carpet everywhere are unattractive (which is already stained in places..) the bathroom is no longer very beautiful bathroom, spacious and pleasant. On the other hand, I have doubts about the durability of the materials, you will tell me, it's not my problem.!! The bed was small even though we asked for a large bed and the pillows were not firm enough, not at all qualitative. On the other hand, there is a small kettle with two small coffee sticks and 2 teas for the entire stay... in this heat, no bottle of water, it's a shame... the cleaning service also needs to be reviewed. I have never been in a hotel where the bed was made this way. I am sorry to say this, but when you make a bed, you do it well, we do not do it moreover the Service agent disturbed us twice in the morning while we were sleeping. We had forgotten to put the little sign on the door... as for the swimming pool for me it does not bother it is just a water point besides we did not go there because it was quickly full with six people it was already too much. Overall this hotel is pleasant, it has just been redone certainly but it does not suit us...
