Mixed reception, 20-minute wait at reception and when you are finally greeted, you are made to understand that you are arriving a little late...
Unjustified value for money. Good quality bedding but the meal was not up to standard at all.
€144 for an overnight stay is a bit steep. Service and food were very good. Staff very friendly.

The welcome was rather cold. The room was adequate, nothing special. But the restaurant was deplorable, truly deplorable; you might as well eat at Flunch.
The hotel has been completely renovated since my last stay. The room and bedding were good. The food: the portions were generous, but the fish served was actually breaded fish (!); moreover, the desserts, offered self-service, were practically nonexistent, except for a few yogurts that were practically nonexistent. Finally, breakfast was okay.

Truly gourmet restaurant and top-notch room
It's a shame to have individual bottles for shampoo and shower gel because it produces packaging and waste since not everything is used.
Arrival at 6:30 p.m. - Room not available due to organizational problems with the cleaning service, which forgot to be requested. They found me a replacement room for people with reduced mobility, let's admit it! Meal, service poor on wine, fish and side dishes. I had the opportunity to come here on other occasions, there is a significant deterioration in the quality of service. For this amount, it is not worth the 3 stars
I wanted to thank the catering service (kitchen and dining room) for doing their utmost to help us gain weight with delicious meals. I also appreciated the chef for his love of cooking. Thanks to some restaurateurs for following suit. The room was impeccable as well as the kindness of the welcome.
I had better memories of my previous stay. Disappointed by the tired bedding and the curtain that was too small to let light through (even at night because of the building's lighting). Otherwise, the room was quiet and the food/chef was top-notch. No hello or goodbye when paying when leaving....
While in Paris to see family, my mom and I stayed one night in this hotel. First thing, when I called to find out what time we could pick up the keys, they told me 8:30 p.m. It was a Saturday... I made a round trip to be able to take possession of the room. When I arrived, I immediately understood that the rooms were poorly soundproofed, I could clearly hear the neighbor's TV. And this was further confirmed during the night when at 3 a.m., a family came in making noise and playing music until 4:30 a.m. I called the hotel number and left a voicemail, asking the manager to intervene. The night was therefore dreadful! In the morning during breakfast, I called the manager, and he told me that I had not called the "emergency" number, a number that is only displayed downstairs at the reception. In case of fire or other, the number should be in the room. At 9:20, at breakfast, there was not much left. We asked him if he could put some pastries, which he did. However, there is a lack of fruit, yogurts, compotes, cereals, etc. We did not appreciate the behavior of the manager, who is condescending and does not put himself in the shoes of his customers. No excuse for the bad experience we had, under the pretext that it was not his fault. The room itself remains well renovated and clean. The television is large.

No one at reception when we arrived. We had to call to contact someone. No breakfast available before 8:30 a.m. Restaurant closed on public holidays and weekends.
This property is very much overpriced. It is not bad but definitely it is not value for money. Furthermore was very much disappointed to be charged 6.80eur for 2 poor coffees when at most places the price for coffee is 2eur.
