The problem doesn't come from the hotel but from the people who stay there... for 3 hours people were talking loudly in the corridors as if it was their home, I could have brought my barbecue with beers it was the same....the problem is that we had to go to bed early.... And at the swimming pool someone in a tracksuit called for an hour but in mode I'm at home all alone so to be quiet it was not won... otherwise apart from that clean room and welcoming staff...
The three stars must date from the opening of the hotel, 15 or 20 years ago. They have really peeled since then, there must be two left at most. No maintenance, renovation, repairs have been done on the common areas, the rooms. Too bad, it was not a very good establishment, a few years ago.

The room stank of cold tobacco, I don't thank the previous and disrespectful tenants, the choice was limited for the evening meal, nevertheless the hotel is well located, the staff is very welcoming, the parking lot with dinosaur nests, I don't even understand how the hotel could have left this degradation like that.
Restaurant: Passable stopover dinner. Saturday with wilted hot goat cheese. Fish cooked in water. Fruit salad from the morning served that same evening, not tasted... it was clearly gone. Room: No soap or shower mat... Conclusion: I will not return and would not recommend either.
We were delighted. We liked the family feel, meaning it wasn't a big hotel, and the feeling of trust. There was no policing. The room was comfortable. Good bedding, good temperature. However, my husband had a pillow made of cotton balls that got everywhere and wasn't comfortable at all. The shower head leaked, but above all: the breakfast was of very poor quality. We couldn't eat the eggs, which were grainy; with the naked eye, you could see that the ham and sausages weren't good quality. The marbled cake was hard, the pancakes cold and had a rubbery texture. The fruit juices were concentrated, and the milk was in a bottle, so there was no way of knowing if it was fresh. Defrosted bread. Industrial croissants and honey. My son asked if it was plastic when he opened the jam. In short, it's a shame, especially since you praise the restaurant's cuisine. If you corrected this, you would be among the best places we've traveled to, and we've started to do a lot. But otherwise the atmosphere and the pool were really a nice surprise. Bravo.
The place is nice, the services in the ca are reduced to the essentials, but the little that is there works well. The furnishings are sparse and dated, even the structure has some details that are a bit dilapidated, but overall I can't say that it was a disappointing experience.
Clean room, but old bathroom, not great bathtub, dirty joints, shower that didn't work well and bathroom door that didn't close. It wasn't worth the price. Fortunately the bedding and breakfast were good.

Satisfactory experience, only a weekend is hard to judge. The room is a bit old-fashioned and needs a refresh. Overall, it's OK.
OLD HOTEL. Very old hotel, would need a thorough renovation, for example: the rooms are still decorated and equipped like in the 80s or even 70s, and in the reception hall you would think you had arrived in a hotel from the 90s. As for the dining room, avoid! The ceiling is full of stains due to water infiltration and you can clearly see peeling plasterboards that threaten to fall on the guests sitting underneath and the same on the walls the plaster is starting to blister. No, really very disappointed overall.

Good value for money for an evening stopover
The photos on the site are promising. But the hotel is aging, the bedding very average, the evening meal stopover worthy of a school canteen. As a result, the price is very exaggerated! Fortunately, the welcome and the smile of the employees are top notch, otherwise it would deserve a 0.
The welcome, the cleanliness and the evening meal were satisfactory, however, the quality of the breakfast is really poor as well as the equipment in the room which is really aging.

Bad bedding, wifi problem, meals just ok
Outdated and uncomfortable room (straw chair and aging mattress), lack of lighting to access the hotel area, few bath linens (1 towel), no equipment apart from the television
Unpleasant smell in the room. Housekeeping barely done. Towel not changed and only one for the week.
Reception closed on our arrival but a message was sent to us with clear and detailed instructions to access the room. Quadruple room with bathroom. Pool view. Clean. Good bedding. Towels, soaps and hair dryer available. Small downside (you need 1😜): there is only 1 socket in the room and 1 other in the bathroom.
Despite the noise from the motorway, the room offered in the annex was quiet. Although clean, the room could do with a refresh. The spring bedding was not very comfortable. No shampoo or soap in the shower. No kettle or tea in the room, which is becoming rare. The success of the stopover made the evening service at the restaurant a bit tense. Having to ask for your order, water, bread. Finally, breakfast scheduled for 6:30 a.m. was at least fifteen minutes late, which made departure stressful.
Price/performance ratio not adequate. Bathrooms urgently need renovation. Guest rooms (restaurant and breakfast) not comfortable.
The value found at the location of the Logis is not affected and is therefore not served by this service. The hotel will be truly outdated, impossible to reach 3 star Logis! Note that the restaurant of the hotel is defined as "gourmet" although it has a meal and a poor colazione with a menu that does not correspond to what the meal is on the site. The only positive note is that it states the kindness of the personal side of the accoglienza that has changed suddenly and that the camera is in a new position (dal sito non si capiva nemmeno che c'erano 2 alloggi differenti) che quantomeno era decente e piu' pulita.

We have been going to this hotel for 3 or 4 years and we love it. The staff are really great, we are made to feel so welcome every time. The rooms are quite spacious although they could do with a little more maintenance from time to time. The pool is well maintained. Very good value for money in any case.

The common areas are dirty, the rooms are not cleaned properly, full of dust and dust bunnies on the floor, damaged furniture, no sheets on the small ones to cover yourself with.

(I had to ask for towels and sheets and make my bed) no shower product on our arrival no electrical outlet next to the bed no safe big negative point the decor a little old tired mattress. we can really feel the springs not allowed to bring drinks to the swimming pool but drinks dispenser that does not work (39 degrees outside).
