Laurent and Mylène Fritsch are remarkable hosts. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and well-run. Laurent cooks locally sourced ingredients with gusto: if you decide to have your meals at the hotel, you will be offered to rediscover some gorgeous local dishes. The location is ideal if unwinding or going hiking are part of your plan.

Mylène and Laurent Fritch run a hotel that is a must in the Jordane Valley. One by his cheerful personality in customer relations and a huge job of maintaining the premises and the other by his efficiency in the kitchens, always available when needed, he is more particularly helpful and very kind.
