A very nice address, convenient to do everything on foot in the city center. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff pleasant … and we concluded with a good continental breakfast. Note that although our room was not air-conditioned, there was still a large, efficient and silent ceiling fan, a real discovery!
I had reserved a room and was upgraded because I was staying several days, a very appreciable gesture of goodwill. The manager of the hotel is present and attentive without being intrusive. Very good experience.
An exceptional quality of reception. An owner who listens to her customers and always gives very good advice.
Nothing to complain about from our arrival to our departure. Small room tastefully decorated and very well soundproofed given the (very convenient) location of the establishment in the city center. 2 choices of breakfast, continental and complete, very good when you don't want to pay for the salty after a hearty dinner. I recommend with great pleasure
No complaints. Clean, comfortable, well located in the city center. Charm of the old renovated respecting the places. Arbois was really a pleasant stopover with Dinner at the Bistronome.
Very nice surprise. Very clean and comfortable room even if not very big - but I understand that it is a former Relais de Poste which has been welcoming travelers for almost 200 years… The bedding is absolutely excellent, it has been a long time since I had this good slept away from home. Really nice staff. Good breakfast. No complaints. A great discovery
Welcomed by the caring owner during our short stay in Arbois. Very good restaurant advice for the evening (Le Bistronome - there is no restaurant in the hotel but a large choice within walking distance). Pretty little comfortable room decorated in sobriety and taste. Very quiet - well soundproofed despite the (practical) location in the city center. Two breakfast formulas (continental or full), which is a good idea when you don't want salt. Pleasant in all respects.
It was not my first stay in Arbois Ville, which I really appreciate. The Hotel les Messagerie is truly an address that I recommend, clean and comfortable rooms, thick and soft sheets - that is essential for me - as well as breakfast and location - I recommend
Quoi dire,… Je fais environ 150 nuits par an dans des hôtels… Je pensais avoir vu un grand panel de comportements dans l’approche commerciale.
La responsable de L’hôtel les messageries a poussé fortement le curseur..
Contrairement à elle, je ne me vengerai pas spécialement sur elle et son hôtel pour la notation. Au début du séjour de 2 nuits, elle était plutôt agréable et discutais bien.
Le 2eme soir, elle souhaitait que je paie et là, c’est le drame..😁
Il y a eu un litige a cause d’un manque de professionnalisme de l’hôtel et/ou de logis de France. Comme les tarifs n’étaient pas corrects, elle m’a demandé de payer la totalité et de faire une réclamation à logis de France.
Ce que j’ai refusé car ce n’était pas mon problème vu que j’avais une confirmation de la part de logis de France.
Après, ça a été l’apothéose …elle a juste eu un comportement non commercial, non professionnel, enfreignant les règles simples de politesse, enfantin, comportement d’une enfant gâtée.
Pour finir, elle avait bloqué l’affectation des points fidélité.
En conclusion, l’hôtel est correct, le ménage est non fait dans les endroits non accessible à une personne de plus de 1,5m (voir photos si vous souhaitez ) et la responsable est juste …
Bref, je ne reviendrai jamais chez elle.
Le petit déjeuner n’a rien de continental et trop cher pour ce que c’est !.. De plus , on a refusé mon chèque fidélité sous prétexte que la personne ne savait pas faire !… Elle n’a surtout pas voulu se donner le mal …
