Lack of power outlets by the beds, dirty sink. Bunk bed with dust in the bed
Excellent welcome and always available. The best part was the bedding. The downsides were the room could use a bit more color and the breakfast could be a little more substantial.

Modern hotel organized around a patio, ideally located in the suburbs of Perpignan allowing direct access not only to the coast, but also to the city and an important medical center located right nearby.

Very nice establishment, very friendly and professional staff, the cleanliness of the establishment is very clean and parking available on site, we will come back.
This is the second time we have booked this hotel and we are always very satisfied with the services and especially the welcome and kindness of the manager. We will be back.
Accommodation paid €150 per night which is clearly worth €95 max. Impossible to contact the establishment by phone. The shower gel tube is empty in the bathroom (and since at 9 p.m. there is no one left so no shower gel), the towel rack is rusty... old equipment, mattress too soft (back pain from the morning) No way to get the room back if you arrive after 9 p.m. For a night at €150 it's disappointing. You might as well choose an Airbnb for the welcome and flexibility.

Well-located hotel, perfect for a business trip to Perpignan. The owner is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are simple but comfortable, clean, and have good bedding. The breakfast is excellent. This hotel partners with a very good restaurant, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
