Nice hotel, good location. Friendly staff. 2 downsides: - the price. Okay, it's the season, but since I regularly book Logis hotels, I get better services for the price. - breakfast: just a basic baguette and croissant. No other options. The cereal dispensers look nice on the shelf. Canned jam. Once again, usually at Logis hotels, the breakfast services are much better. Too bad! There's potential, though.
Very well-located hotel. Just a hundred meters from the pier on the Ile d'Yeu, it's the ideal place for those who want to leave for the islands early in the morning. The room is simple, clean, and unadorned, with a small balcony. Parking is available during the off-season, but during the high season, it's best to reserve the hotel's paid parking. There are no restaurants at the hotel (only breakfast), but several dining options are available nearby.
Courteous welcome, check-in and check-out formalities are quick, parking is chargeable, €10, like all public parking lots, no restaurant, in March period, 1 open nearby, breakfast is a bit light for €9.50. The bedding is good quality, the room and bathroom were clean. The room lacks outlets, especially at the desk, the only place to put your PC. Worth its 2 stars.
The hotel has no atmosphere. Boring rooms, like a bunker. Also no restaurant, which is always fine.
The bill is to be paid upon arrival. No manager present at the time of departure to validate the Logis card for example. No towels on arrival, cleaning not done for 3 days, toiletries not automatically renewed. Sewer smells in the bathroom.
The hotel is rather well located; correct room, good bedding. The downside is the hotel bar which has no opening and closing times. Loud music, very noisy, closes at least at 2am and is not notified on the website. I do not recommend this hotel to a family with children
Very efficient, very good value for money for a simple but comfortable hotel. Very pleasant and very proactive welcome
