Highly recommended hotel. Very nice, comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was perfectly adequate.
A quality hotel: well-equipped and prepared room, good Wi-Fi, good restaurant... The only minor issues (probably an oversight): an unemptied bathroom bin upon my arrival and an empty shower gel dispenser. Nothing alarming, it's very clean. Aside from that, a wider selection at breakfast would be appreciated (but what is offered is of good quality: bread, fruit, local cheeses, homemade yogurt and rice pudding...).
Not only is the setting really pleasant, but the staff are also TOP-NOTCH!!!

A convenient location with easy and safe parking. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable but excessively hot ( this was December). The restaurant was disappointing - uninteresting menu, poor for a logis, with slow service. It was cold. Everyone sat with coats on.

Arrived at 7 pm, no one at reception to guide guests. Just an envelope with my name and room keys, and then I was on my own... Restaurant: very pleasant staff, it's a shame they forgot my aperitif, which I ended up having to eat with the pizza. A glass of Minuty rosé cost almost 10 euros, and I only managed four sips – expensive per liter in my opinion. Otherwise, no complaints.

We had a very good and enjoyable meal here. The hotel staff and warm and friendly and the rooms are well equipped. The only downside is no air conditioning in the hot weather.

Unfortunately, during the heatwave, the room was too hot and there was no air conditioning. This may be a deliberate choice by the owner given the current situation.
We really enjoyed our stay — the room was comfortable and the restaurant served excellent food, but the experience was marred when, two days after departure, my card was almost charged again despite full payment at check-out. I then received a voice message claiming non-payment and even mentioning the police
It was upsetting that no one checked with us first to confirm the payment before making such accusations. This left a sour note on what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Well-located hotel, close to a shopping area within walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly, attentive to our needs, takes the time to chat, and is always proactive in suggesting the best places to visit. The only downside is that there was no air conditioning in our room.
I prefer a personal welcome to an envelope left with the key. I didn't feel the staff was attentive to guests during our stay. Having a special diet due to medical reasons, I contacted the hotel in advance. They assured me the restaurant could adapt the menu. Upon arrival, this wasn't the case. They even charged me the full price of a dish on the menu when all I received was a piece of plain fish and a small side salad.
I was surprised to discover that there were still hotels that were not air-conditioned. The rooms are under the roofs, temperature 38°. The staff does what they can, but it seems that the owners do not want to invest anything. I am willing to bet that in winter it must be cold and in summer too hot. Yes.

The hotel is very nice to look at from the outside. Inside, it's really very nice, good welcome, nice room, quality sheets, coffee and tea available, secure private parking, etc. Good value for money, less than 100 euros for a comfort room. As we were spending the weekend with family, we didn't take advantage of breakfast and the restaurant.

I booked this establishment for a relative. I repeatedly left instructions and reservations, but none were followed, and for breakfast and dinner reservations, no reservations were made at all... There's no point in asking the manager for explanations; she has an answer for everything, not even an apology... Otherwise, I know the establishment well, and the food is very good and the rooms are excellent.
Comfortable room but a small window, it will be difficult to breathe with the heat waves forecast for the summer.
We spent one night in Standard Double Room 107, located just above the restaurant and bar. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by an unacceptable level of noise: constant movement of chairs and tables, bursts of laughter, birthday songs... A cacophony that didn't stop until 11:30 p.m. We had specifically chosen to leave Paris to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet—certainly not to relive the same nuisances as at home. We reported this problem to reception upon our departure, but no goodwill gesture was offered to us, which we find particularly regrettable given the inconvenience caused.
Being sensitive to noise, I was disappointed with this establishment. In fact, I could hear the noise from the kitchen and the road is really right next to it. Traffic is heavy from 5 a.m.… not easy to sleep properly. The restaurant was not really to my taste.

The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and very clean. The only downside was that we had a room facing the road, and frankly, the noise from the cars and trucks was unbearable! The young man who greeted us was very welcoming; he served us that same evening at the restaurant. He was truly very pleasant and always smiling... thank you again. However, the next morning, when we had breakfast, the young woman who served us was not at all pleasant. She struggled to smile and was rather haughty. (We felt like we were bothering her.)
We had a very good stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal that we booked when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stop again if in the area.
for once, I find that the price was a little too high: €145.00 for the stopover evening without drinks is not very competitive compared to the Mercure in Rouen. The service was very good but a bit disorganized because she was placed in front of the bar (of my choice), the waitress was necessarily busy serving the restaurant's customers and even moved to serve them.

The chosen system seems difficult to apply misunderstood by some or lack of direct contact link in any case the customer suffers the consequences Is it the fact of going through Weekendesk on which the hotel makes offers causes this situation ?? Knowing that we contacted the hotel to make this stay by going directly through them but that seems impossible !!!!
The hotel is very well located in Rouen and has private parking. However, the room overlooking the Carrefour shopping center was very noisy (poor soundproofing against outside traffic noise)! The staff were charming and attentive. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean. The restaurant had a great deal for the overnight stay. The breakfast was good.

My room must have suffered water damage previously, it smelled very bad. Or maybe a sewer backflow... The bleach put upstream only made the smell worse. The reception, not at all friendly, the person recited her text while giving an envelope, when I asked her if my room was on the road, she answered me that she did not know and that in any case the hotel was full so there was no possibility of changing rooms. Forced to wear noise-canceling headphones because I could hear the kitchen live! Very poorly soundproofed and also facing the corridor. The restaurant extremely pretentious, but still the catering service was attentive and very good and the food not bad. The breakfast service is rubbish, everything is left on the bar to prevent the waitress from getting tired, and nothing is consistent (for example, a fork and knife are placed on the table with the cup and saucer, but the spoons are on the bar. The juices are apple and pineapple, but not orange. The butter is in small portions (we are in Normandy!!). The music is extremely loud in the morning. I can understand that it is difficult to hire staff and/or that for the sake of economy, we limit the staff, but not to the detriment of quality. You want to save money, then remove the smoked salmon and brioche from breakfast, simplify things and get to the point!! When you come from the hotel car park, you arrive directly in the restaurant, why don't you welcome customers there rather than going along a corridor which then forces your staff to go back and forth incessantly. You have never put yourself in your customers' shoes, the experience is rubbish! I hope my message is useful to you and you don't say to yourself: "we can't please everyone" or "well, there's a grump". Tell yourself instead: "finally a serious comment that will make us move forward and help us stand out!"

Waited 45 mins for order to be taken.Not Her Fault. In the morningb at breakfast poor girl on her own looked very distressed. She was trying to sort out customer who was querying their bill so everyone else had to wait to be served their coffee and she was obviously upset about this. Not her fault and not fair on her. You should employ sufficient staff.
One night stay: on arrival a very warm and smiling welcome offering dinner at the restaurant. Very comfortable and clean room Dinner rather negative due to the lack of staff, you lost two aperitifs. During breakfast the waitress takes calls on speakerphone and no confidentiality we learned that a customer refused the quote for November 9. Rather satisfied with the hotel but disappointed with the dinner

Unfortunately, the sink in the bathroom was blocked and we had to do everything with the shower. However, the receptionist reported the problem immediately but because it was the weekend it was not able to be fixed before we left.
The hotel managed to squeeze us in for the evening meal even though it was a very busy Saturday night. We were fitted into the bar area and it took a long time to be served. I would recommend booking the evening meal in advance to anyone visiting this hotel.

Recently refurbished, our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. It was a bit hot (only 23C outside) and we had to open the window as there was no aircon. The restaurant gets very busy because the food is very good. They do a lot of Pizza and fries etc but there is also a more sophisticated menu and we enjoyed the whitebait, pork belly and local sausage. The young staff were friendly and helpful and the whole thing was good value; we were passing through on a motorbike and the location for that is good, on a main road with a locked (but visible, outdoor) garage.
Well renovated, only downside is the noise from the road.

I booked what was advertised as a Moto Weekend Special and included garage parking for the motorcycle and a Comfort (ipgraded) room. When I arrived, however, I was told there is no garage for the motorcycle and tge room I was allocated was nothing like as noce as the photograph of the Comfort room I had booked, it was much more basic.
That said the room was clean and adequate and the car park was locked at night. It's a nice place to stay but don't waste your money upgrading to the 'Moto Weekend' package as it doesn't actually exist and if you pay for the upgraded room make sure you show hhem the photo of the room you expect when you check in.

Staff and hotel are amazing. Same cannot be said about restaurant manager who was very curt, broke wine glasses, shouted and walked off without clearing broken glass from floor/table for a colleague later to stand on. We were handed a menu nothing was explained as to what our half board meal included and at one point we were left over an hour and still not had our desert order taken by her so left having only had a main course. There was an outside bbq event taking place and they were given priority from the only two waiters who were both amazing and a credit to the hotel and hotel residents were just left to wait.
Everything was good, nice welcome but a small bottle of water in the room would be a plus 😉
