Très bon hôtel.
La partie Hôtel agréable mais j'ai eu une chambre au 1er étage donnant sur le système de ventilation des cuisines bruyant toute la nuit !!!
Le restaurant juste à côté bien, mais ne fait pas partie du réseau Logis Hotel . Dommage pour mes avantages ETIK.
Superbe Hotel avec parking , la chambre est très agréable et surtout très propre.

A modern Logis hotel of manageable size (which applies to almost all Logis hotels) and very pleasant personal service. Very quiet location and direct access from the hotel to the restaurant Le Verger (nice selection of dishes, moderate prices) which you should reserve separately.
The reception staff are very professional. Thanks again to the person at reception who contacted us to inform us that we had forgotten the case.

Attentive and pleasant hotel staff
the 140m mattress was extremely worn out, the room was about 30 degrees hot, there was only one fan, which didn't improve it. The bathroom was a good size, everything was clean and the extra toilet was also pleasant. What was not right at all and was just unprofessional was the gentleman at the reception. for him I was the first woman to complain about the mattress! But the climax was that he literally chased a family member out of the yard with his mobile home and said "quickly, now!" He did this at the instigation of his boss (also training needs??!!) and although we had written permission and reserved 10 people in the restaurant and then, after some deliberation, ate in the restaurant.... The restaurant and the waiter were good. You can't deal with complaints and customers in a worse and more unsympathetic way! The Lord is in dire need of training!!! Therefore we will never visit this hotel and restaurant again (because apparently the same owner)!

This is a very good hotel. There is one inconvenience: there is no hotel personnel available between noon and 7:00 AM.

This is a small fine hotel that we discovered in the summer. Since we often stay in Haguenau for family reasons, we will book the hotel if possible.

I am very happy that Cathy (receptionist) was able to pass by the way of the Prob basketball club 3 km away :-) to allow me to attend the game on time. A big thank you to HER!! As for the morning receptionist, another equally endearing character ;-). Thanks to him for having "sharpened" the breakfast with his joie de vivre and his overflow of energy. It feels good. In short, excellent vibrations, it's up to you to check for yourself!

Very charming hotel, the hotel is located in a quiet place, no noise from traffic or others, the rooms (I was with a colleague) very very clean, very welcoming staff, to recommend for anyone traveling in the area.

Very clean, sober, silent; correct bedding, impeccable cleaning. The independently run adjoining restaurant is also good with a professional and smiling welcome. Unfortunately closed on Tuesday and Wednesday!
Nice hotel and nice location facing a park. The room is super nice and very clean as well as the bathroom. . The staff are pleasant and attentive. Too bad the restaurant was closed when I was there.
