pleasant stay in Rocamadour with a stopover at this hotel. We were made very welcome, the room and bathroom were very clean. Hearty breakfast, the only downside is that the hotel is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (no elevator) and the lack of parking space.

The host was very welcoming. She waited for us at the door and then guided us to park the car. We arrived on Sunday around 6 p.m. so there was space in front of the hotel. The places being expensive we were lucky. The host also showed us places to eat nearby. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast is adequate with: bread, croissant, orange juice, hot drink, jams, honey, yogurts and compotes. The hotel has a very nice terrace with a beautiful view of the valley.

THE LOCATION !!! In the heart of the City, at the foot of the grand staircase, you couldn't be better placed to visit Rocamadour. Quiet, with air conditioning, comfortable bedding. On-site catering possible and quality. Small downside: the car park is difficult to access (pedestrian street to cross) and it is impossible to stay parked from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Hotel ideally located at the foot of the steps of the sanctuary. A very friendly welcome, a charming room with a view of the superb valley, nickel cleanliness and dream bedding to recover from the day's walk. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious. Hearty breakfast. Sleeping in Rocamadour is ideal, allowing you to take breaks between 2 walks during the day and especially to enjoy the calm of the village from 7 p.m., the beauty of the place lit up in the evening and the calm of the morning that only the hot air balloons animate... . A magical place and hotel for an unforgettable experience.

To get to the hotel by car we were allowed through the city gate through a very narrow and busy shopping street. Bizarre!! we thought at first, but later on we saw more cars coming through so that was normal, although a few people looked at us strangely. The hotel is right opposite the (stairs of the) beautiful pilgrim's castle, which we immediately admired. Mighty beautiful. Reception extremely friendly and helpful. Parking space right in front of the door, you can only park here between 5 and 12 noon, drive through before 5 pm and park at the other city gate. Room was fine, good beds (pillows are a bit hard, that's the only downside we experienced) and nice shower. Woken in the morning by the sound of hot air balloons flying overhead. Breakfast was simple; coffee, tea, juice, croissants, yoghurts (no buffet, no eggs). ... but on the terrace with a magnificent view. All in all, we had a very nice stay on our journey to Argelès sur Mer

Despite its 2 stars, the cleanliness is exemplary, the bedding of excellent quality, the toiletries are present. Let's forget about the dream location, in the medieval city, just in front of the pilgrims' staircase. We were lucky to have a room facing this staircase and the church, which are magnificent at nightfall, thanks to the lighting. The staff is very kind.

A good memory in Rocamadour. Hotel located in the center of the old town and you can park for free right in front. Old style hotel but very clean and we sleep very well there. The owner is very welcoming but unfortunately concerned because she lacks employees. Courage to the whole team and thank you for this good time spent at your place. Excellent address.

It can be possible to take a car down the one-way Main Street, and park opposite the hotel during certain hours, but the route goes through two narrow arches. Research carefully ahead of time. The alternative is Le Petit Train which ends at 6:45pm.

Very friendly reception. However, it is important that the hotel cannot be approached by car between 12:00 and 17:00, as it is located in the pedestrian zone and this is closed during this time.

Hotel is situated in the middle of the old city. It was a nice experience to be close tot the black Madonna and religious center as well to the touristique small streets with restaurants and shops. There is a Nice view from The room at The first floor with a Nice terrace to sit privately and watch the Mountain. Try the duck breast in the restaurant, iT is a really treat. The personel is very friendly and helpfull. A Nice hotel for coming back again.

Hotel in a beautiful location, some rooms overlook the valley and in the morning it is possible to see the hot air balloons. Basic rooms with very comfortable bed and good bedding. Little variety at breakfast.

Following our roadtrip in the south of France, my family and I made a stopover in Racamadour. And what a pleasant surprise! Even though we only stayed one night, we had a great time at this hotel restaurant! The proof: we returned twice to the restaurant which offered really delicious local dishes (special mansion for the incredible creme brulee!). Without forgetting the view of the mountains, a perfect setting to sublimate the meal! Very warm welcome from the staff, smile and kindness, in short at the top! I will not hesitate to go back to this hotel if I return to Rocamadour.
