despite its old-fashioned side the hotel is very comfortable, the welcome is attentive and very friendly. The evening meal was a treat that we remember!

Best possible stay in the mountain region: comfortable rooms with new, large beds and nice view of the mountains (mountain side), professional attentive and friendly owners, good cooking (lunch and dinner) and nice winelist, dog friendly. We were on a road-trip driving from Stockholm and on our way to Catalonia, Valgorge and Laboule were two fantastic places to stop.
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, Albert let us park our motorcycle in the garage in the hotel and offered us a drink as we were both hot and dusty after a long ride. The room was spotless, brand new mattress and pillows gave us a great sleep every night. The food was magnificent and all the staff were very helpful, from helping us with the menu to choosing the wine, the food here was the best we have ever experienced in France. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, from the view to the food it could not be better.
