Really top hotel, the staff are really friendly, dedicated and always available

Schimmel im Bad (massiv); heruntergekommene Einrichtung; muffiger Geruch im Zimmer!
Everything is perfect, very competent and helpful staff
The person who welcomed us was very professional and attentive to our needs. The catering was of good quality.
The room was spotlessly clean. The food and bar prices were exorbitant compared to what was offered. The terrace overlooked the garbage bins. I do not recommend this establishment.
Fine breakfast, quiet but without WiFi reception in the room as promised in the booking.
Hotel well located on our vacation route. Breakfast and dinner menu very decent. Wine by the carafe a little harsh. We should have had a bottle. Room functional and clean. The bottom of the shower curtain looked very, very worn, however. Hotel and its restaurant are highly recommended.
Very unpleasant reception staff. The room was set up in an outbuilding that looked more like a garage than a bedroom (rooms for the disabled) and what's more, it had traces of mold on the ceiling accompanied by cobwebs on the chandelier, a chair with a broken back, and once the child's bed was unfolded, there was no way to access the toilet or bathroom!!!! So in a wheelchair?????
Digoin is a very pretty village. The walk along the Loire and its canal is beautiful. Arriving on Sunday, June 29, in the evening the restaurants were closed, including the hotel restaurant.
Welcoming and efficient staff, good value for money, the advantage of the swimming pool when it's hot and after a long drive, you feel at home
Very warm welcome, quality food and pleasant service. We had a pleasant stay.
Decent hotel but breakfast not up to the price.
The hotel met the description. We were able to dine on-site, a real plus. The breakfast was excellent. A family night in a quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 children was very suitable.
