Loyal to this hotel accommodation.0 Suggestions however: . The environment when accessing the rooms from the side and the back could perhaps be improved. Put less pressure on respecting schedules and on ordering breakfast in detail.
Très bonne expérience. Restaurant proposant des menus de grande qualité. Seuls bémols, l'espace dans les toilettes (sentiment d'être un peu à l'étroit) et la taille du lit qui mériterait d'être plus large (à l'étroit à deux).

Extremely good food in the restaurant. Definitely enjoy it! The hotel rooms have been recently renovated and offer modern standards. The hotel is in a very rural location and the staff is super friendly. We'll be happy to come back!
Great stay. The lady that greeted us ( possibly the owner?) and served in the restaurant was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us understand if our French wasn’t quite up to understanding everything. The lady who served us breakfast was also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful meal in the restaurant and would highly recommend eating there. The breakfast was also very good with plenty to choose.
An excellent hotel with traditional service but a deft and modern touch in the kitchen.
This is our 4th visit to this hotel and we're already planning to return next year. Our room was very clean, in a peaceful location and had a brilliant shower. Breakfast was very good but the highlight of our stay is the gastronomic creations by chefs Nicolas and Emmanuelle. They are such talented chefs as well as great hosts. Our waitress was excellent too.

We had to spend one night in the north of France when we returned from the south of France to the Netherlands, so we looked for a hotel near Verdun. This Hotel is surrounded by woods and fields and you can't hear any noise of traffic! Very friendly people who made us feel welcome. The food was delicious and truly a “Table Distingué”. Everything was perfect!

I recommend this establishment for the hotel, but as far as I am concerned, very disappointed by the meal services, I would have preferred to be told no for the meal tray (I arrived around 9 p.m.) than to serve me 2 slices of rosette, 2 quarter slices of white ham and 3 small pieces of cheese and a small cake for dessert. For breakfast you must order the day before (with the list of your wishes) and above all give your precise breakfast time, as a bonus on board I thought that breakfast was brought in the "hotel" building which could justify a such an approach, that neni, it's in place of the restaurant, I don't understand why it's not self-service? The staff remains very pleasant.

1st stay in this hotel but, I was not disappointed; Only one point to criticize, an air conditioning motor which makes noise (kitchen?) but which turns off around 10:00 p.m. and turns on again around 6:00 a.m. (unfortunately) and this despite a certain distance from my window; Welcome and service by very friendly staff!!

Very well received. Pleasant stay, the room has excellent bedding, beautiful surroundings, absolute calm. Impeccable cleanliness. Note that for a 2 star we have a safe, a courtesy tray, a mosquito net on the window. The breakfast is top, we prepare what we want. Just choose the day before, it's great this way of doing it. We will return.
