Very good welcome, but the entrance is not very convenient to reach the reception. Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bedding. The office is small, inconvenient to work. At least one electrical outlet is missing on each side of the bed. Very good wifi (allows to work). Good quality catering (evening stopover), very good room service. Buffet breakfast with choice, but rather average quality of savory products. Good hotel overall.

This is potentially a good hotel as it has pretty gardens and a nicely positioned terrace, but some adjustments need to be made. The hotel was dark and inviting and seemed understaffed, with the staff that were there seeming stressed. When we arrived there was no offer to show us to our room or carry our luggage - we were just given the key and directed to the stairs. The room was adequate and reasonably clean but seemed dingy and in need of some updating. We ate dinner in the restaurant and again felt underwhelmed. Not everything on the menu was available, which was disappointing. The food was adequate but not deserving of the Restaurant Savoureux award on this occasion. Breakfast was available until 10.00am but when we arrived at 9.50am, most things had been cleared away and we were told that he thought we had decided to forego breakfast. He did, however, provide a perfectly adequate breakfast for us but it made us feel rather unwelcome. Having read other reviews of this hotel, which are mostly good, maybe we were just unlucky on the day we stayed, but I would hesitate to recommend this establishment to others based on our experience.
