Nice quirky, clean and friendly. Only negative is expensive breakfast. 12 euro for small choice. + could do with extra pillows
During my stay, there was no heating in my room. I wasn't the only one in this situation. Some rooms were heated, and others weren't. The boiler problem hadn't started on the day of my arrival. It seemed to have been going on for several days. The only saving grace was that I was able to get a portable heater. Because I asked for it... Unfortunately, the staff could never reach the manager. It's unbelievable to hear that this person is unreachable. And not just on the day of my stay. The staff, unfortunately, have to fend for themselves. One thing is certain: I will never set foot in this establishment again if things don't change. And yet, before the hotel was sold, I stayed there regularly whenever I was traveling, and the service was excellent.
Well located and welcoming hotel
Car parking is no longer aviable. Rooms are relative small but sufficient.
Staff is super friendly, location is very Vertrag.
Storing the bikes is absolutely great.
The breakfast is great and worth the money.
We were here twice and absolutely come again.

Good location for visiting the city and the region. Very pleasant triple room but breakfasts not up to scratch at all (no cups on our arrival then no fresh bread, then no more coffee, no more fruit salad...) and despite that a price of €12 when it was displayed as €10 in the window, very disappointing.
Simple, efficient and warm welcome. The check-out with good advice on how to get to the parking lot to avoid getting wet in the pouring rain while loading the car. A downside regarding the efficiency of the air conditioning on the day of arrival… without any effect on the night and morning given the drop in temperatures. Excellent value for money… I regret not having been able to try the restaurant with Chinese flavors

Welcoming professional
Well-located 3-star hotel offering air-conditioned rooms. However, we had a room in the attic with no air conditioning and a temperature of over 35 degrees. No Wi-Fi either. The receptionist was completely overwhelmed and offered no solutions. A dismal experience.
I stayed at your hotel In Blois, France. I must say the the desk lady named Maud was a great help to me. She went out of her way to make my five day stay at your hotel a wonderful experience. She definitely is an asset to your company!

This is a city center hotel very well located to discover the city of Blois. Access has become more complex with the works and the very small parking lot remains random ... The hotel is pleasant and welcoming, Access to the rooms requires taking a few stairs, the latter are pleasant and the report is very correct. The breakfast is copious with a fair and correct price for the content. The proximity of the city center does not generate any particular nuisances. This is our 3rd visit to this hotel that we appreciate, the removal of the restaurant is a regret that we understand in view of the economic difficulties that this corporation is going through.

Good hotel located in the heart of the city. Friendly staff and paid parking possible at the foot of the establishment. Quiet despite a room located on the busy street side. I recommend.
Hotel difficult to access, impossible if you are disabled. It is essential to reserve parking which is only available during the winter months. Otherwise, you will have to travel a considerable distance to park your car. The staff were very friendly but unfortunately we found the toilets extremely small and difficult to use.
