Unfortunately, I had the room next to the electrical room, so there was constant machine noise during my stay.
Very good value for money. Very good location for visiting the city. Very good breakfast.

Old room: socket detached from the wall, moldy ceiling, damaged mirror, spider in the toilet...
The hotel could do with some decorating. The sofas in the reception area and the carpet in the stairwells need replacing. It's filthy. The dust under the beds is something we'll have to think about too. Otherwise, the reception is nice. Don't leave the waiter alone on Saturday afternoons. He was running around everywhere, the poor guy.

Friendly and well placed, an additional bedside lamp would have been appreciated. As well as more pressure in the shower.
The hotel is old, and maintenance is not done, which does not correspond to the room rate. The cleaning was approximate (floor, limescale on the shower wall). A lamp did not work (bulb torn out, exposed wires).
Shameful to rent a room in this state: ceiling coming loose in the bedroom, moldy ceiling in the bathroom, socket coming out of the wall, broken bathroom furniture... etc.
If you like the smell of beer, stained carpets, exposed wires, and inappropriate and vulgar language, this establishment will suit you. Otherwise, do as I do and run away.
Welcoming hotel located in the city center. Simple and comfortable rooms.
Too bad there's no parking... or big cushions for reading in bed! Very cramped rooms.
Before booking online I got the hotel, I said I had a dog. The next day another person was at reception, called me like I didn't want to pay his fees!!! So I decided to talk to him about the state of the room! Floor not vacuumed or washed. Sliding bathroom door broken. Ceiling of the bathroom: a strip of plastic paneling was missing, you could see the joists! Toilet bowl all twisted and finally I could feel the slats of the bed base through the mattress, this room should be closed to rental. For accommodation it's a disgrace!
De basis voorzieningen waren niet allemaal aanwezig. Niks van toilet papier,in de badkamer onbraken een paar dingen die normaal beschreven waren in de accommodatie.
Haast niks van verlichting ook.
In het hotel kon je eten maar was ondermaats.

Shower in a bathtub always brings its challenges, but the temperature and pressure are good. Also an extra ceiling light could help making the room less dark, but everything was clean and the television worked well. Very nice people work here!

I have been to this establishment several times. I spent 2 nights there, it was the first time that it was very complicated in terms of noise: very late discussions in the rooms, noise from the TV. Hotel very poorly soundproofed. Significant increase in restaurant prices

Too noisy in the rooms, at night until 11pm you can hear the kitchens and at 6am it starts again... No air conditioning and it's crazy hot. The elevator is broken. Boiling water if you use the sink at the same time. Bye... The bed is a wooden board!!! No private parking.

Aging hotel, dark room. Only one electrical outlet to charge the phone, so no more light. The other outlet is no longer fixed to the wall. Cleanliness is limited, sticky ring on the bedside table. Room on the third floor, elevator broken...

It was a fairly low price, but that doesn't justify the shortcomings: There were cleaning products left in the kettle. They spoiled the tea and tasted disgusting. The shower head was broken. The sink didn't drain. The bedside table had a grease stain. There was no socket for the kettle.
What we generally look for in a hotel is to be able to sleep without being disturbed by surrounding noises, but, from 5 a.m., it is the medical evacuations that wake you up, which is very unpleasant.
Good welcome, all the dedicated staff, a very good hamburger, just a downside for the fries (small and grilled) no luck for me. But hey, we're not here to do sh...... otherwise, very cool.

I love these hotels that don't come out of a soulless mold, and Le Drakkar is definitely one of them! The room is clean and well appointed, the Wi-Fi works well, the breakfast is complete, and parking on the square is in the immediate vicinity of the establishment. My colleague had a problem in her room, apparently a housekeeping mistake: the problem (and mistakes can happen anywhere) was immediately dealt with and the boss offered us a drink to make up for it, which shows good customer service . My downside however: when renovating the bathroom, provide a mixer tap! It's no longer possible to have separate hot and cold water! In short, I recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return to Mende to sleep at the Drakkar.

The bedroom window was open when I arrived and the heating turned off. We had to wait until 2 a.m. for the temperature to be bearable. Restaurant closed...
Simple but good hotel in the middle of the city center. Very friendly welcome, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, fresh croissants and very good bread. Good coffee and tea! We particularly enjoyed the loose Ceylon tea with a special diffuser :-)
