Hello! A wonderful overnight stay for me, a super welcome. The owners immediately put you at ease, as if you were part of the family. But the absolute highlight was the remarkable dinner, excellent, a true gastronomic experience. Congratulations to the chef! Seafood bisque with cognac, endive gratin with ham. The endive was marinated in orange, which perfectly balanced the bitterness. I wasn't a fan of orange, but this dish won me over. To all business travelers, if you're looking for a very good restaurant with a super warm welcome in the area, this is the place to be. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return as soon as I'm in the area, even if it means an extra hour's drive.
