The room was very basic and a bit dated. The restaurant was good. The price of the overnight package was high compared to the quality of the accommodation.

We spent one night at this establishment after a day at Nigloland. A very good experience, we will return.
We weren't informed that it was actually two separate hotels, and we stayed separately from our family. It really doesn't take much to earn a 5-star rating! Just replace one or two lights, the towel warmer (which is functional but outdated), the shower (clean but very old), perhaps the mattress, maybe the desk, but otherwise it's super clean, spacious, a little kitschy, and quiet. We'll definitely go back if needed.

very good set menu, quiet stopover
We had to walk across the bridge to the other hotel. It was very basic. Clean but basic and very old fashioned.
The welcome was adequate, the meal at the brasserie was good, and the waitress was pleasant. The room was clean and quiet but dated, and there was a shower curtain—a regrettable omission for a 3-star hotel. A welcome tray would have been appreciated. Breakfast was served in another building about 100 meters away: the welcome was cold, no greeting, just a curt: "Do you have a key? What number?" We were the first customers, yet there were breadcrumbs in the Nutella jar. The buffet was average in quality and variety. Our criterion was a small village, therefore secure parking; this was not the case. The parking was not secure at all. There was an attempted theft of our bicycles, resulting in damage to our bikes and bike rack, and a second vehicle was also damaged.
Very friendly staff, always smiling, everything to make the stay pleasant. We had to leave early on Saturday and breakfast is at 8am during the weekend, the staff arranged for someone to prepare breakfast for us at 7:15am, it was perfect and so rare. We also had breakfast (at the normal time) on Sunday and while all the products are of excellent quality (pure butter croissants and a very crusty baguette), there is little choice, notably missing a hard cheese and eggs. This said just to improve the quality even more. This is our second stay and we will return next year.

A perfect family-run hotel. Clean, friendly and helpful. We arrived later than expected on a Sunday night but they but their brasserie was open with an outstanding menu. A shame we couldnt stay longer.
Nous avons réservé notre chambre en dernière minute avec arrivée assez tard dans la soirée. Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons été servi par une charmante dame qui a été très efficace et serviable bien que nous étions les derniers clients du restaurant en fin de service. Merci beaucoup! Chambre simple mais propre avec une très bonne literie. Seul petit b-mol était la salle de bain avec le robinet thermostatic qui était fin de vie et les serviettes un peu petites mais globalement, excellent rapport qualité prix tout de même. Petit déjeuner varié avec à nouveau un service excellent par une dame d’une gentillesse exemplaire.

A pleasant and relaxing stay by the water, not far from attractions and leisure activities. A very warm welcome in the restaurant/brasserie. The daily meal was delicious.

We really like the hotel, which is located halfway to our holiday destination. However, we were very disappointed for the third time with the service at the restaurant and breakfast. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, and the service was slow and disorganized. It took over an hour and a half for just one course.
Room above the bar. Very noisy and it was very hot. We knew when we left that we could have chosen the room.

Excellent hotel restaurant with a plus for the terrace along a small river. The only negative point is having breakfast about fifty meters from the hotel because this place is the meeting of two old hotels. Lunch and dinner are in one building and breakfast in the other. This is not really a problem when it is not raining.
The hotel and restaurant were in 2 locations but only a couple of minutes walk apart. The restaurant was closed on the day we stayed (Sunday) however their Brasserie was open & the food was excellent

Hotel without air conditioning. The restaurant was full of flies throughout the meal, and there were long waits between courses. Expensive for the quality.
Very warm welcome. A small fan in the room was much appreciated. Something that rarely happens in a double room is that there are two chairs. In more than 90% of cases, there is only one. We had dinner on the very pleasant outdoor terrace.
Since 2022, fifth stay in this hotel and still just as satisfied
We stayed last year for a stop over & were pleased with our stay so booked again. However, this year we were disappointed that the breakfast was served in the sister hotel Le Clovis. Although this may not appear to be too far, as a walking stick user, I was not anticipating having to go so far for my breakfast. On this basis we would certainly think twice about booking again. In other respects the hotel was still very pleasant & we had a very enjoyable meal in the restaurant. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Hotel was in a very nice location but we were situated in the annex (down the road from the main hotel) and the rooms are very dated and in need of some renovation.

Stopover in a magnificent village for a day at Futuroscope with the family, which I recommend. Very clean hotel with a comfortable and spacious family room with a good breakfast; the bistro restaurant is very good with an exceptional children's menu, I recommend it.
Very well located hotel, well received... the rooms on the ground floor by the road are a little noisy with the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians... but not more disturbing than that. The rooms could use a little refreshment but frankly it's fine. The bedding is very comfortable. If there's one thing for people who don't eat breakfast, it's to install a kettle in the rooms with coffee and tea available. Happy with the stay
