Beautiful location in a quiet village. Comfortable room with very efficient heating. A lovely selection of local and hotel prepared food for breakfast. The restaurant is superb - chef is a true master of his art and the service was faultless. Each meal was a joy.

We chose this hotel because it has a ‘table distinguee’ restaurant. The meal was very good indeed and the extensive wine list is impressive. The staff were attentive and helpful. The room appeared to have been recently refurbished to a high standard and was clean and comfortable.

Quaint hotel in a quiet village on Le Lac du Der … Easy to find, parking on site, warm welcome, nice fresh room with crisp white bed linen. Room was newly refurbished. Excellent TV with multiple options to connect to devices. Fantastic food in the restaurant. Breakfast a little disappointing given the quality of the restaurant food the previous evening - standard cereal/ pastries freshly baked but definitely not freshly made. Enjoyable but having been holidaying in Italy definitely room for improvement on the breakfast even if the price needs to increase.

Very modern hotel, air conditioned. Our room was a bit small, but according to the hotel floor plan, it seemed to be one of the smallest. TV complicated to use and impossible to increase the volume (almost inaudible). Nice shower but narrow.

One night in a superior room. Beautiful discovery very close to the Lac du Der and the Giffaumont Champaubert nautical activity park. Everything was really good, except for a small problem with the air conditioning that I couldn't get to work even though it correctly displayed my order. I found out the next day at reception that it was managed from reception. I would have liked to have been informed of this when we arrived.

It is a real gem of a hotel. The renovated rooms are perfect and the staff are so welcoming. The restaurant and bar were closed on the day we were there but we will be back.
This was our 2nd visit to this Hotel. Last year when we stayed with our 2 dogs, we were so impressed that we booked again this year. In 2023 we had a room that was large enough for both us and the dogs. This year, we had room 101 which was tiny to say the least. The bed was not a standard double and the mattress was non existent. It is fair to say we both had the worst nights sleep we’ve ever had. Also, last year we were able to bring the dogs into the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. This enabled us to relax and enjoy our dining experiences. This year however, that was not possible. Unfortunately, due to the lacking standards this time, we will not be returning.

Top service for the hotel and catering!! Very nice wine list with honest value for money for once. Not a large à la carte choice per menu, but original dishes well mastered. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Well renovated room, but a little expensive for access without elevator. Breakfast room a little small, but local products (cheeses, butter, yogurts) of very good quality. The charcuterie is classic, but the bread is delicious. Excellent jams. Good value for money for this breakfast.
The rooms do not match the photos on the internet. The paint is peeling off the walls and heater, it is cramped and small.

A lovely hotel in a great location, very clean, with comfortable beds, but they should invest in renovating and decorating the rooms. However, the restaurant was excellent; everything was perfect.
