Very good, warm welcome
Very nice and comfortable, excellent welcome, the price is just too high and it should be mentioned before booking that parking costs 10 euros.
Good place near train station, clean and cozy. Good effort in details and decoration.
One-night stay in this absolutely charming hotel near Le Mans train station. The staff went above and beyond to facilitate our late arrival. The room was clean, with all amenities, and the courtesy tray was much appreciated. Very comfortable bedding, we slept very well. I recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel, quiet room.
Strange feature of missing radiator leaving its connecting pipes sticking out from the wall directly adjacent to where you get out of bed.
One of which was at floor level to catch your toes and the other at waist level to catch other parts of anatomy.

Breakfast was weak other than that perfect
The Charleston Hotel is ideally located in Le Mans, between the train station and the city center: you can do everything on foot, while leaving your car cool (and safe) in the hotel parking lot. The furnishings are neat, the cleanliness impeccable. We had a small but very well-optimized room, with the benefit of air conditioning in these very hot weather. The bathroom was also perfect. The breakfast was very complete: coffee, fruit juice, eggs and cold meats... The welcome is professional and friendly. There is nothing to complain about, even the price was reasonable, a hotel to recommend for your stay in Le Mans.
A very attentive team throughout the stay. The patio is a real plus too. Thank you. PS: the only thing missing is an electrical outlet at the headboard.
Charming hotel close to the train station and shops. Very comfortable bedding. Impeccable welcome and the bonus, the patio for breakfast and the private parking were also fantastic.
No hot water in the evening or in the morning...and the receptionist knew it, he didn't say it when I arrived, let alone offer me another room, the hotel wasn't full and let alone offer a discount or compensation....0 hotel professionalism. I do not recommend!

A very professional welcome, a small, comfortable room, we only spent one night there but we will come back...very very good breakfast in a peaceful atmosphere. The parking is a real advantage. Thank you.
