Access to the spa/room is via an external entrance. Easy parking. Lack of 220V outlets in the room. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Well located and pleasant hotel.
Very disappointing stay for a rate of €176 per night. Small room, with dirty and smelly carpet, towel with holes, no second pillow available, very poorly insulated walls (you can hear absolutely everything). Worse still: no hot water! Water heater + shower head uncovered at the pipe level. The sauna, presented as an advantage in the offer, is in reality payable as an extra, which was not specified at the start. Disastrous value for money. Only positive point: the breakfast buffet, varied and well-stocked.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant residential area, very clean and above all quiet. Very pleasant staff always available to make us feel comfortable. And a magnificent city. Very friendly staff, we had a great stay. Very good and generous breakfast. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, although a fan was provided. Private parking is available.

Quiet location, not far from the beach. Superb, well-equipped swimming pool. Pleasant room but no air conditioning, especially in summer like the end of June. Spacious, enclosed, paid parking.
Unwelcoming, unfriendly people. No air conditioning in the rooms. No small fridge either to cool bottles. No soap in the shower (supposedly an oversight on their part). A tiny bathroom. Complicated to sit on the toilet. A bit of a limited breakfast considering the price of 15 euros! Paid parking costs 15 euros per night.
Small bathroom
A little disappointed with the unrealistic bathroom compared to the photo on booking when booking. Also disappointed to have rooms not soundproofed as described in the ad. A door leads directly to the neighbors' room. Experience at 11 p.m., television on, volume at 07/100, so very low, surprised to see the "supervisor" ask us to lower the volume.

Ground floor room without air conditioning, satisfactory breakfast
Mixed. On the plus side, the staff were very pleasant and the room clean. Otherwise, it's not a favorite. The room is aging, the bathroom is very small, mostly carpeted. So, in terms of cleaning and hygiene, it's not ideal (the toilets aren't separate). In fact, despite the quality of the cleaning, the floor was stained. The room is quite dated, with no air conditioning or fridge. It overlooks the rooftops. It's not a favorite. The photos are better than the reality, at least for our room. The breakfast was okay. The elevator has the merit of being there, but it's also aging.

Bad experience overall: room too small and the shower impossible to get into because it's so small. Toilets without toilet paper upon arrival. Carpet not clean. Room that has nothing to do with internet, room not insulated from unbearable noise from other rooms.

Very nice couple's stay and friendly and helpful staff. Indoor pool included in the price and sauna upon reservation perfect, and sauna price correct. We are disappointed on the other hand with the room, very small with a ventilation noise from the pool outside our window and this even at night. The decoration is and the room are aging and the bathroom very small also. Very poorly insulated walls, we had the room next to the stairs, and we heard each person sometimes very early in the morning and when the downstairs door slammed it slammed in our room because the bedroom door was very thin.

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The only downside is that the listings, especially on Booking.com, don't specify that access to the spa requires a reservation.
Very good hotel close to the Ramblais. The pool is quite nice, the breakfast is good even if I would add one or two things and the staff is pleasant. The value for money is excellent.
