Another stay and always the same satisfaction with both the quality of the accommodation and the catering. Pleasant welcome and kindness from all the staff.

Everything is perfect, I've been going there for a few years.
Very warm welcome. And very good restaurant.
A good overnight stop not far from motorway. Comfortable room and bed. Bathroom small but functional. No tea or coffee making facilities in room or drinking water which is a shame. Private parking available but can be tight. Very good meal in restaurant.
A big disappointment when I opened my room #102. Musty smell, no effective ventilation, mold on the windows, humidity on the glass, cobwebs with no light given the cleaning to be done around and in front of the ground floor window, the toilet bowl broken and finally the towels in poor condition. All for the sum of 97€ including breakfast. Being professionally itinerant I change hotels every day which allows me to have the opportunity to compare the quality/price ratio. I had a very bad experience.
The hotel and restaurant are decent. The aperitif is a bit lacking, especially for a three-star hotel. The welcome was quite cold; we didn't feel very comfortable. We felt like we were in the way, bothering them.
Disappointing environment... poorly maintained terrace, paths. Room not air-conditioned in this heat... Views of the noisy parking lot and road.
The Hotel rooms are 'tired' and in the room for our return journey, the bathroom and toilet extract fans did not function. Overnight they developed a smeill from the drains. Generally for Breaksat the majority of things were good but the jams were unlidded/uncovered and flies were all over them and they looked discoloured. The breakfast room would benefit from some electronic fly killers.
Having said this, on the positive side the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The Manager was excellent and as a half way point stop off, it was good for the needed break in our journey

Had a one night stopover on our journey back through France. Our room was basic but clean and met our needs. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel on the day of our arrival. We were stuck on the A9 due to the forest fires near Narbonne...force majeure. It looks like we'll have to pay the full amount anyway! That would be disappointing and will affect our choice of this hotel. That's sad.
Decent quality but the staff were a bit cold. The shower, although clean, had mold in the corners.
Friendly welcome, everything was done to make life easy for us with our 2 little ones! Very good bedding and excellent meal! We will be back!

Excellent hotel with excellent cuisine.
This hotel is very disapointing, closes at 18,30, no drinks and a closed restaurant. Also the pictures on the booking site dit not match the reality. Very outdated , the rooms are acceptabel but the building itself was dirty and old. Not what to expect for that pricelevel. Disapointing suchmuch that i left without spending the night there.
We had a very pleasant stay at Le Bourguignon. Welcomed by a boss who is very passionate about his job! He shares good advice with his guests and, in all honesty, his sometimes very surprising professional experiences! We really enjoyed it! His cuisine is particularly succulent and will remain in our memories! Passing through the region, we will very gladly return!
staff communicates businesslike and correct, but lacks some warmth and personality which made us feel a bit like a routine task to be dealt with. The quality of the dinner was delicious!
No hospitality
Crowded and very small place for breakfast, even with smelling dogs.
Smelling bedroom, smoke not allowed but smoke smells all around.

Good stay, clean and friendly hotel. The only downside is that there isn't much variety on the menu for someone who doesn't eat eggs or meat.
Very pleasant stay with the quality of the cuisine and the helpfulness of the owners in the foreground. Small downside, when we arrived (very early 3:10 p.m.) while the reception was scheduled from 3:00 p.m., the hotel was closed and we did not have the opportunity to quench our thirst. This is a small detail which in no way alters the quality of the stopover in its entry with the quality of the cuisine to be highlighted

Worst breakfast ever, the rest is ok
My wife hurt her knee in the morning before we arrived, and could only move on crutches, the owner kindly placed us in a ground floor room suitable for disabled people. Our dinner was delicious, and breakfast good.
A delight, location, food facilities meets all our needs
Lovely hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Room and bedding were very good. TV reception bad and difficulty with WiFi. Bathroom shower was a bit challenging and it would have been nice to have a curtain at the bathroom window !!(room 304).
Overall though good stopover for us and will return!

Everything is fine, the only downside is that the room needs to be made more welcoming and the bedding needs to be reviewed.

this is an hotel in need of renovation and re decorating. it needs a manager who looks at the details. The parking and entrance hall are very unwelcoming and we nearly didn't stay. it has great potential but needs love and care. The hotel corridors are dark and foreboding, all they need is fresh paint and new lights. Hard to find reception, there is one small sign, where it is pointing is not clear. The removal of dilapidated van parked in car park would immediately help the initial impression as would pruning of bushes. As the hotel stands I would not recommend it or stay again.
