We have stayed at this hotel many times on our way to Spain, we booked two rooms about a year ago only to have them canceled twice!!
The first time they cancelled they said the hotel was closed at that time, I said this was nonsense because they must’ve known their schedule
when I originally booked,
So they emailed back and said they made a mistake and we were okay and our rooms where still available and that the mistake was theirs.
A month or two went by and they cancelled a second time, absolutely appalling service ,
So obviously we will never stay with you again we have many friends in Jersey travelling in that direction and we will recommend to everybody to avoid this hotel which has such an appalling record.
Gentillesse de l'ensemble de l'équipe, qualité de l'attention portée au client par les propriétaires, variété et qualité de la restauration proposée font que notre séjour de 7 jours dans une petite chambre donnant sur la place des Acacias a été très agréable et que nous reviendrons en ce lieu l'année prochaine.

Très bien. Le seul bémol concerne le petit déjeuner lorsque l'on est habitué à déjeuner salé le matin (omelette, ou oeuf à la coque) mais que l'on ne mange pas de charcuterie de type jambon et que l'on ne supporte pas bien le pain blanc, il n'y a vraiment d'alternative.
