Lovely staff.

The people at the hotel are very pleasant. The rooms are spacious and we eat very well there.

Very nice hotel, the reception is very good and the rooms very comfortable.

Très déçu par le gérant et sa relation client proche de 0 si ce n'est de -1. A part demander la carte bancaire...
L'odeur dans le hall ne donne pas du tout envie de consommer quoique ce soit sur place.
Le seul point positif de cet hôtel la taille des chambres.

Very welcoming hotel, comfortable bed, pleasant rooms and not of the F1 type where Ibiscus, and their restaurant has an amazing homemade foie gras!! For breakfast, you have the choice between croissants, pain au chocolat or raisins, good breads and lots of jams... For drinks, their device provides everything, unless you want cabbage soup...

Room and restaurant very satisfactory. On the other hand, the breakfast deserves a significant improvement (for a few extra €): fruit salad, homemade pastries, homemade jams, honey, what the Logis of equivalent level offer.

2 night stay and dinner at the hotel restaurant. Delicious meals on the menu. We have priced the private closed garage option. The garage is right next to the hotel. It's perfect. Pay attention to the height of the vehicles. Check beforehand.

For some reason, I arrived back at my room at midnight on the only night of my stay, to find there was no electricity in the room. It was working when I checked in. No lights or power sockets working, so had to get ready for bed in the light of my phone screen. No apology the next morning when I asked for it to be fixed, so I could at least charge my phone. Very poor.

We've had a very nice stay. Re-introduce some covid-rules. E.g. at the breakfast table everyone touching the bread! It's the only comment. Thanks very much. Frans

The air conditioning does not work

Nice and well located hotel. Good quality traditional cuisine. Good value for money for a stopover. Room lacking a bit of decoration ... but well equipped.

Accueil très sympathique. Le restaurant était très bien également. La chambre parfaite, nous avons même accueilli notre petite fille au dernier moment et l'hôtel nous a très bien arrangé.
En conclusion, nous reviendrons sûrement lors d'un autre séjour au Puy.

Très bon moment, grande chambre qui aurait besoin d' une nouvelle décoration, grande et belle salle de bain, acceuil et service trés bien. Repas bon et copieux. Possibilité de parking.
