Logis Hôtel le Balcon

First time here and I highly recommend this place. Nothing is missing, and the quality of the service and food is beyond what the exterior of the building would lead you to believe.

Very good hotel and very good food

Good evening stopover. The restaurant is refined with perfect service. Spacious room. The only small negative point is the lack of salty food (eggs, ham) at breakfast. What can I say besides the welcome from the owners: a joy. Thank you again for your welcome and your kindness.

The chef welcomed us warmly in person and showed us the available rooms, letting us choose (unfortunately, it was late and only the street-facing rooms were available). We then went to dinner, which was excellent in every way: the quality and presentation of the dishes, the service, and the ambiance. The excellent breakfast prepared and served al fresco by the chef sealed our short stay. I would return and recommend it.

A totally positive experience. Upon arrival, despite a discrepancy in our reservation, we were greeted with kindness and attention, and the owners resolved the issue within minutes. The quality of the cuisine is truly outstanding, and I expect great things from this chef, who is not only talented but also extremely kind. His human qualities shine through in his dishes.

We were passing through Combeaufontaine, good and classy, I recommend. We occupied the room for people with reduced mobility, very good. A wheelchair can access this room without difficulty.

The Hotel du Balcony is an establishment not to be missed and recommended. The welcome is flawless, the cuisine is of high quality and the room is ideally equipped. The breakfast is generous and filled with exquisite homemade products. Our thanks to the entire team for their kindness and dynamism.

Nice evening stopover. I did not have breakfast, starting at 7:15 a.m., this is not compatible with an 8 a.m. meeting in Saulx or Vesoul.
