The room we stayed in was very poorly equipped, especially the bathroom (a bathtub). I would be surprised if all the rooms had a shower. It's a shame for people with reduced mobility, physical disabilities, wheelchairs, the elderly, etc. Breakfast needs to be reviewed. The orange juice, pineapple juice, and apple juice were not fresh. The bread was frozen. It was noticeable and the taste... there were no pastries. Just bread, brioche, and butter.

Hotel has a good location and the free car park next door was convenient. Very good restaurant for lunch and dinner. The room was a bit too small for comfort. The wall-mounted TV was in a dangerous position and I hit my head on it as I walked around the bed.

I find it a shame that when electrical problems are reported in the room, no one comes to check and the only response was: "that's how it was when I bought it". I had to adapt! On the other hand, as it was the Basque cake festival, there was one menu and only one; I had no other suggestions! The price was "a little high". I was personally disappointed.
Very good welcome, pleasant and comfortable room, small drawback in the restaurant. The presence of customers who speak loudly at the bar which is less than 1 meter from the tables! I know that it is not easy to manage but I have always considered that the presence of a bar is not compatible with a restaurant room!

The room (privilege) is a little small but offers all the amenities, storage for example, separate bathroom and toilet, what more could you ask for! Overall, a pleasant stay with a very warm welcome. Room 9 to avoid because above the restaurant room and with only 1/2 window. Missing a kettle or a mini fridge in the room to deserve 3* as well as something to hang up the bath towels.
