Very disappointed with this experience. Excessive prices for services compared to other equivalent host restaurants. €19 for an overpriced breakfast. Same for access to the spa at €37 per hour. Chose this hotel because it is a spa hotel, but once there and we inquire about the opening hours, we are told that access to the spa is extra, and not at a reasonable price (37€/hour per person!!). We booked on Booking, and it is not clear from the first lines of the hotel presentation. On the other hand, there was no heating in the room and this in October. It was very cold. The curtains are not very blackout. We stumbled in the garden markets because they were not lit in the evening. Unfortunately, expensive hotel for the services offered. We spent 2 nights in this hotel. We had taken a standard room at 129€ per night. The room was ok but the bedding is very soft, but the worst is the very small bathroom especially the shower, large people should abstain. When we reported it, the owner told us that we only had to take a room in the range above. I did not know that for 129€ we had a bathroom barely bigger than a toilet. Now the restaurant. When we arrived we booked for the 2 evenings. The service is very slow, and we had to ask for a forgotten coke (with a comment in return), forgotten knives and salt and pepper (only our table did not have any). We had lamb chops: inedible only bone and nerve, the potatoes that accompanied them were in the same case. We reported it, out of 3 servers, 2 were more than skeptical and another told us that this could happen and that she would note it on our profile. For dessert, the crème brûlées were liquid. Needless to say, we cancelled the reservation for dinner the next day. We met a local resident who told us that he no longer frequented this restaurant, which used to be good but had gone downhill a lot. Furthermore, when we arrived, the very friendly receptionist was in a mess, people who had booked 2 rooms only had one and the hotel was full so there was no possibility of having another one. Another couple we spoke to also told us that their reservation had not been recorded. What a mess. And when it came time to pay the bill, despite the comments about the meal (noted by one of the waitresses), not a single commercial gesture. Ah, don't think you're staying in the beautiful hotel pictured on the site, in fact there are several very ugly buildings that are difficult to access (many stairs, poorly maintained paths)
Great location! Very good restaurant and OK room
Hotel spread across 3 typical buildings. Nothing to do with the sanitized side of modern hotels. Lots of charm with its advantages and disadvantages. You don't make new in old so the floors creak a little, for example. Very good food and very friendly staff. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if a future getaway brought us back there.
Hotel to avoid. Has nothing of 3 stars big scam. Dishonest boss made us pay in addition to the reservation already debited on our arrival before giving the key. Disappointing room mini TV shower does not work. Cancellation for breakfast, refusal of reimbursement. To avoid very poorly adapted to people with reduced mobility.

Hotel to absolutely avoid. We booked for five days and left after two days. The garden alone is worth the detour for a few moments.
Overall everything was good to very good. It might be wise to interpret the choice of rooms differently. My husband didn't pay attention, he chose a family room for 2 people. When we saw our room, we had our bed plus two other beds. Of course we paid the family room price. Simpler, put a room for 2 people, 3 people, six people with shower, with bath. Finally distraction on our part too but... Old-fashioned bathroom, bath and shower screen, and be careful to access the bathroom, when you wake up in the middle of the night, you find yourself walking

Hotel to avoid! Very expensive for the service! Arrival at the hotel no information on lunch times or even access to the spa. Poorly maintained “spa” relaxation area, the photos do not reflect the hotel itself same! and on top of that no heating in the rooms…(15 degrees)…and non-existent wifi connection…no information…
Very old room with poor bedding and where the cleanliness leaves something to be desired (armchairs full of stains and stains, light fixtures full of dead insects). The quality in the restaurant is deplorable, poor quality products and not homemade! Staff completely lost for the service which was also very long. Uninteresting breakfast, no choice, basic and low-end products, no regional products but a manager who wants us to believe the opposite!
Hotel room was not in the main building but up a lot of steps to one of the pavilion buildings. The room was clean but the shower was tiny and there was no soundproofing at all. It also smelled strongly of chlorine as it was above the spa.
The room could have been excused but the food was also very disappointing, service was very slow, food only mediocre and prices expensive. Unfortunately not worty of the Logis standard of Restaurant Savoureux. We will not be returning.

The most execrable accommodation we have ever had to live in!
The decoration of the room did not correspond at all to the photos on the site, everything is dated. No air conditioning, TV connection problem. Access to the rooms is via the garden with lots of stairs and very poorly lit. Deplorable service in the restaurant, 20 minutes of waiting before the order is taken, dishes offered on the menu missing. Very basic breakfast buffet. Finally, location of the hotel in a remote town, no bistros or stores.

How can I put it... from start to finish extremely disappointed. We wanted to treat ourselves a little by spending a night in a beautiful establishment with a spa... looking at the photos I booked without reading the reviews: what a regret! Cold welcome, spa hammam jacuzzi ultimately paid for and by reservation, superior room at 175 euros old-fashioned and uninteresting, power outage so no TV from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., at breakfast the milk had a funny taste (expired) I point this out. replied that it could happen... and the dinner at the restaurant was a sketch... the waitress doesn't know her tables or her menu, the pesto pasta from the vegetarian menu tempted me, finally I was served a plate of spicy vegetables in olive oil and parsley because no more pasta in the kitchen... without asking me anything! I am not vegetarian and I would have chosen another dish on the menu if I had been given the choice. The completely disorganized service (a customer arrived at the same time as us and waited 1h30 before being served and because he restarted. In short, go your way

Unfriendly staff. We ask for a cocktail at 9:30 p.m., the employee seems to hesitate and be disturbed. One of the SPAs being broken, we were not able to take full advantage of it. No commercial gesture, while the price is already high (50€/2 people/1h), we were offered a bottle of water as compensation...
The problems of the staff or lack of staff are felt by the guest. The quality of the kitchen is by no means "savoureux". System catering has been introduced. Needs renovation in the room.

Limit of friendliness for the reception. An unmaintained property. Unprofessional service. Access to the rooms by the garden, with uneven steps and without sufficient lighting. Often ramps non-existent. (obvious lack of staff) a lack of contact between the SPA and the reception a path to the beach (350m on announcement) I am still looking for it! ) apart from the quality of the meals offered in half-board which was in my expectation, I find that the hotel was too starred.

we stay over night and it was our second stay at this hotel. Bathroom and was so samall that i coudynt use due to claustrophobe. No one at the reception spoken any other language than French. This was disappointing as i was expecting a some one with other language on the reception.
The hotel is well located, close to the beach and not far from a bakery. Le Tréport is a few kilometers away. The exterior setting of the hotel is really very pleasant with lots of greenery. Calm is assured. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the large room and its comfort. We liked the SPA, too. I recommend without hesitation.

To avoid!!! The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. The hallways smell of mold. Access to the bedrooms must be via the garden and steps in the garden, several of which are at an angle. The garden paths are broken: several stones are missing and the concrete has cracks. So you walk into your room with dirt on your feet. The welcome was unfriendly bordering on rude. We were not helped with our luggage as we had to carry the poor garden path and the steps to our room. The member of staff who accompanied us made an inappropriate comment about our luggage and stood at the top of the stairs urging us to hurry. The room was small but clean. The TV was no bigger than a 15 inch computer screen. The shower door was very difficult to open and close and made a terrible noise. The bathroom extractor hood was also very loud, so much so that we had to raise our voices to hear each other. The breakfast was basic. The bread was not fresh. We were on half board where we could choose from a very limited dinner menu. This menu was the most expensive on the menu. Dishes were below average and had been thrown off the plates. The risotto served with one of the dishes was undercooked. The vegetables were overcooked. The grilled redfish turned out to be steamed trout. Why this hotel has three stars is beyond me. It's a parody of the star system and a very bad reference for French restaurants.

We first visited the hotel 54 years ago and were very disappointed at our lack of welcome. Some Members of the staff need more training in interpersonal skills to make customers feel at home and well looked after. Other staff members were excellent.
We paid by booking a superior double room of 20m2 In reality the room was barely 9m2.!! The photo on the site absolutely does not correspond to reality What shocked and disappointed us! The young woman who guided us to the room told us that was not her problem!?!? Soundproofing = absolutely none worthy of the 60s! At the Spa, there is a charge for towels, which is absolutely petty! Otherwise the location and the site is perfect me breakfast under the trees is a must.
The whole hotel is nice. The setting is beautiful and green, the rooms are quiet. Our downside is the quality of the cuisine, which is not what we had hoped for: fairly bland cuisine, overcooked fish, an almost cold lamb sweetbread tartlet and the ultimate in having a platter or a plate of seafood. Wed, this must be ordered 48 hours in advance. And that for a restaurant by the sea is a bit strong, especially since we were going there for that and nothing is mentioned on the site. Damage.
