Very welcoming staff The only downside for a professional evening is the lack of lighting in the room, the weak WiFi and very little space to work.

Pretty Norman building without flowers in the windows. Those from previous years are faded. Access to the room via an uncomfortable and slippery external staircase. Bed with uncomfortable mattress. The most execrable accommodation we have ever had to live in!
The decoration of the room did not correspond at all to the photos on the site, everything is dated. No air conditioning, TV connection problem. Access to the rooms is via the garden with lots of stairs and very poorly lit. Deplorable service in the restaurant, 20 minutes of waiting before the order is taken, dishes offered on the menu missing. Very basic breakfast buffet. Finally, location of the hotel in a remote town, no bistros or stores.

How can I put it... from start to finish extremely disappointed. We wanted to treat ourselves a little by spending a night in a beautiful establishment with a spa... looking at the photos I booked without reading the reviews: what a regret! Cold welcome, spa hammam jacuzzi ultimately paid for and by reservation, superior room at 175 euros old-fashioned and uninteresting, power outage so no TV from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., at breakfast the milk had a funny taste (expired) I point this out. replied that it could happen... and the dinner at the restaurant was a sketch... the waitress doesn't know her tables or her menu, the pesto pasta from the vegetarian menu tempted me, finally I was served a plate of spicy vegetables in olive oil and parsley because no more pasta in the kitchen... without asking me anything! I am not vegetarian and I would have chosen another dish on the menu if I had been given the choice. The completely disorganized service (a customer arrived at the same time as us and waited 1h30 before being served and because he restarted. In short, go your way

Good room and helpful service, parking a bit tricky but we managed it OK, lovely place for a meal outside.
Unfriendly staff. We ask for a cocktail at 9:30 p.m., the employee seems to hesitate and be disturbed. One of the SPAs being broken, we were not able to take full advantage of it. No commercial gesture, while the price is already high (50€/2 people/1h), we were offered a bottle of water as compensation...
The problems of the staff or lack of staff are felt by the guest. The quality of the kitchen is by no means "savoureux". System catering has been introduced. Needs renovation in the room.

Limit of friendliness for the reception. An unmaintained property. Unprofessional service. Access to the rooms by the garden, with uneven steps and without sufficient lighting. Often ramps non-existent. (obvious lack of staff) a lack of contact between the SPA and the reception a path to the beach (350m on announcement) I am still looking for it! ) apart from the quality of the meals offered in half-board which was in my expectation, I find that the hotel was too starred.

we stay over night and it was our second stay at this hotel. Bathroom and was so samall that i coudynt use due to claustrophobe. No one at the reception spoken any other language than French. This was disappointing as i was expecting a some one with other language on the reception.
The hotel is well located, close to the beach and not far from a bakery. Le Tréport is a few kilometers away. The exterior setting of the hotel is really very pleasant with lots of greenery. Calm is assured. We had a great weekend and enjoyed the large room and its comfort. We liked the SPA, too. I recommend without hesitation.

Nice cozy room and excellent evening meal
To avoid!!! The hotel is run down and poorly maintained. The hallways smell of mold. Access to the bedrooms must be via the garden and steps in the garden, several of which are at an angle. The garden paths are broken: several stones are missing and the concrete has cracks. So you walk into your room with dirt on your feet. The welcome was unfriendly bordering on rude. We were not helped with our luggage as we had to carry the poor garden path and the steps to our room. The member of staff who accompanied us made an inappropriate comment about our luggage and stood at the top of the stairs urging us to hurry. The room was small but clean. The TV was no bigger than a 15 inch computer screen. The shower door was very difficult to open and close and made a terrible noise. The bathroom extractor hood was also very loud, so much so that we had to raise our voices to hear each other. The breakfast was basic. The bread was not fresh. We were on half board where we could choose from a very limited dinner menu. This menu was the most expensive on the menu. Dishes were below average and had been thrown off the plates. The risotto served with one of the dishes was undercooked. The vegetables were overcooked. The grilled redfish turned out to be steamed trout. Why this hotel has three stars is beyond me. It's a parody of the star system and a very bad reference for French restaurants.

We first visited the hotel 54 years ago and were very disappointed at our lack of welcome. Some Members of the staff need more training in interpersonal skills to make customers feel at home and well looked after. Other staff members were excellent.
We paid by booking a superior double room of 20m2 In reality the room was barely 9m2.!! The photo on the site absolutely does not correspond to reality What shocked and disappointed us! The young woman who guided us to the room told us that was not her problem!?!? Soundproofing = absolutely none worthy of the 60s! At the Spa, there is a charge for towels, which is absolutely petty! Otherwise the location and the site is perfect me breakfast under the trees is a must.
The whole hotel is nice. The setting is beautiful and green, the rooms are quiet. Our downside is the quality of the cuisine, which is not what we had hoped for: fairly bland cuisine, overcooked fish, an almost cold lamb sweetbread tartlet and the ultimate in having a platter or a plate of seafood. Wed, this must be ordered 48 hours in advance. And that for a restaurant by the sea is a bit strong, especially since we were going there for that and nothing is mentioned on the site. Damage.
Excellent fully met expectations. Logis usually gives a fair product and it meets that requirement.

When we arrived, we were received by the reception in a very unpleasant way, telling us that our stay had been canceled by them and to keep it we had to pay an extra 96.00 euros. the only negative is that we were not notified that the swim spa was out of service. There was only the outdoor jacuzzi and the steam room. Disappointing evening meal wait of over two hours for a starter
Overall the establishment is attractive with its garden and location near the sea, however we were placed in two communicating rooms 1 and 2 above the kitchen we had the noise of the fitters of the cold rooms (or other equipment) all the time time in the background and regularly every 3 minutes an additional engine started it was disappointing and exhausting since we are looking for calm The mouth of the extractor hoods gives near the window door of one of the two bedrooms so in addition we had smells from the kitchen when we went outside The bathroom in bedroom 1 smells very bad a strong smell disgusts in addition to the weak light makes this room unusable I would have preferred to be warned of these background noise, fortunately our stay was not long I do not recommend these two rooms

Inadmissible We had booked 1 night for 2 adult couples. When we arrived around 7 p.m., one room (No. 54) was "overheated", in short, all we had to do was lower the thermostat and air out the room, but also 1 of the bulbs in the bathroom didn't turn on. As for the other bedroom (no. 53) which was completely frozen, the radiator was not working! In addition, the toilet flushed continuously. After reporting these inconveniences to reception, I was moved to a new room (No. 52). I rejoiced very (too) quickly when the radiator started to heat up. We left for dinner (“La Savoureuse” menu included when booking the night). After a nocturnal digestive stroll we returned to bed around midnight. But this last room, always cold because the radiator didn't heat up anymore, left us frozen all night. Worse still, the bathroom, also unheated because the radiator was not working either, did not allow hot water…… Of course when leaving and paying the bill, we reported all the malfunctions encountered… for compensation we were “offered” 3 aperitifs… for 4 people! It is totally deplorable to end up in a supposedly 3-star hotel where the rooms are not checked before the arrival of customers and have so many defects. Also noteworthy are the ridiculous 24 (?) inch TVs in establishments for this standard in superior rooms. The disappointment is even greater regarding the catering: for a so-called gourmet restaurant there was no fresh fish on the menu… despite being located by the sea! And what about the breakfast (18 €/pers) (!) without hot meats, "small" buffet limited and not replenished

Great weekend in a relaxing setting. The Spa is a unique moment, the cuisine of high quality and the icing on the cake, the staff is benevolent and always ready to help. An address to recommend
The advertised spa could only be used with an additional payment. The room was worn and stuffy and sloped about 2 inches towards the head of the bed. The bed moved when someone walked down the hallway next to the room. The toilet room is so small that you had to open the door to get up (I'm not fat at 85 kg and 1.84 m). The breakfast buffet was kept very simple and was rarely or never refilled. Cheese was only given to those who were there early. The 3-course menu in the evening was the same every day, you could only choose between 2 menus, one of which I couldn't stand. Plates, cups, cutlery, glass mugs were partly dirty. There were black particles in the water in a glass jug. Quarrels between the employees in the next room of the restaurant. The receptionist could only speak English when it suited HER.

This hotel has charm, particularly in terms of the main building. On the other hand, the services are not up to the price. The staff is very attentive, welcoming, available and helpful (apart from the boss whose contact is very cold). The rooms are fine but with an old-fashioned look, no air conditioning and as far as we were concerned without shutters (partially blackout curtains), however the bedding is good. What beats the bill is the overpriced breakfast (20€/pers.), certainly varied with lots of pastries but no pain au chocolat (just croissants), no scrambled eggs or bacon or sausages or regional products such as homemade jams, for that price. Second downside, the pet at 15€/night, the bill goes up quickly. Finally, the details that make the difference (in particular, we stayed 2 days): 1 single bottle of water to welcome you to the room, which is not renewed the next day; ditto for the shower gel and the bath mat and when you leave, the boss who doesn't even ask you how your stay was. I do not recommend this establishment.

Far too expensive for the offer. Lack of comfort in the bedroom and bathroom. ex: under the roof and no air conditioning. No shutters for the night, only curtains that do not join. No attachment for the shower head, no splash guard glass. NO safety bar for entering or leaving the bathtub (serious). Washbasin and faucet too old, impractical to use with a plastic washer to block the drain (it's light...) and all this placed on a wooden board which obviously catches all the splashes... Split toilet seat (slightly admittedly but it's a start) Breakfast at 19€ for children aged 7 and 12 we are hallucinating In addition, there is nothing continental about it. only one coffee machine, hello the wait, and the breakdowns... Basic pastries, on the other hand pastries correct. In short, it's too expensive for the service rendered.

Prix du déjeuner excessif pour ce qui est présenté, pas assez varié en charcuteries et fruits pas frais, jus d’orange pour touristes en sachets dilués et non du vrai jus. Décevant pour 20€.
Expensive hotel compared to the quality of the rooms, on the other hand good bedding. At the catering level it's a zero no organization when it comes to service, the food is good but the service leaves more than to be desired, everyone is lost, people told us that they had been there for 3 days and that it It was like that all the time, they are completely dropped, on the other hand the setting is rather pleasant. Hello, Family stay with an 18-month-old, everyone is taking great care to ensure that you have an excellent stay, a small point to improve is the Wifi connection and therefore the TV connection. The meals are very excellent and very plentiful.
The room was carelessly furnished and a bit worn. But the bathroom was new and clean.

Why not for breakfast €18 per person, but in this case, we expect a REAL buffet! I don't drink coffee or tea.. there is no decaf or decaffeinated available. No pain au chocolat, no real fruit salad, in short... very disappointing. TV in the room PC format! Very nice bathroom. Smiling and friendly welcome. Forced in the room to put the tray with tea / coffee on the floor to plug it in .. and anyway the tray is in front of the TV .. so not terrible.

Hotel in a very beautiful setting, really 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very well located, quiet, not very far from Criel (also worth visiting!) and close to the axis to go to Le Treport (9km) and the Baie de Somme. Very friendly staff. Very good breakfast, varied, local products. The little things that would be a plus: omelet at breakfast, a small "shelf" in the bathroom to put the products more easily, and perhaps avoid changing towels every day for the ecological touch.

Very well received by all the staff, bright room and very clean bathroom The spa experience was very pleasant, the hot tub under the glass roof is a real space for relaxation, the gardens invite you to relax in addition to the near the beach and the cliffs. Small disagreement on arrival in relation to the appointment made by phone for access to the spa and duo appointment for massage of the coup 1/2 hour massage instead of 1 hour. Too bad for the scallop meal that it is not fresh scallops being by the sea and 10€ extra for an exaggerated sun milling. On the other hand the correct breakfast sweet, salty. The hallway to access the room did not smell fresh. The room was generally clean (lots of dust on the floor). Super quality bedding, clean bathroom. The biggest problem with this hotel is that you feel like you are sleeping with the neighbors in the room because the soundproofing is so poor....
Hotel which according to the photographs of the site seems to have charm. The reality is harder: small ruts to access the parking lot, the path leading from the parking lot to the bedroom can be practicable, the reception deserves a refresh, especially with regard to the floor. The staff is responsive and attentive. The restaurant for dinner can be good or not depending on the dishes: good fish, hard meat, quality desserts. Very well received, in line with our expectations
Housed in bedroom 2, pleasant terrace but too close to the kitchens, hence the smells, the noise of the ventilation that resonates! Plus squeaky floors and little soundproofing. Too bad because nice room! Cleaning the stairs to review + dirty carpet - review the dust under the bathroom sink .... Catering OK but service much too long (evening); for breakfast only one hot drink machine is clearly insufficient-queue!!
Very warm welcome, a very diversified breakfast buffet, the restaurant menus (value for money very largely honoured) we had an excellent time. Many steps to access the room depending on the situation.
