The hotel was very nice and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good welcome from the staff but the hotels are aging, both in terms of the rooms and the infrastructure (restaurant, games room, exterior, etc.). The hotel could do with a refresh.

Very welcoming staff, but the hotel could do with a major refresh and modernization. The rooms are not at all soundproofed: you can hear all the neighbors. On Sundays, the restaurant only offers one dish (truffade that day in the middle of August!)

Clean rooms, pleasant, and helpful staff. A kettle and cups for making coffee are provided in the room. Ideally located for hiking, trail running, and more, in a quiet area with pleasant outdoor spaces and a swimming pool.

Perfect location, perfect welcome, very good dinner, very good breakfast. Only downside: bedding too soft and room temperature excessive (no air conditioning so in this heatwave it's really hard to bear), but the welcome is really very friendly.

Very warm welcome, everything is done to make life easier and help. The swimming pool was the reason for our reservation during these heatwaves. We were refreshed and able to relax outside, perfect!

The room was quite small and hot. The flow rate of the bathroom sink faucet was extremely low. The TV remote control didn't work. However, the hotel staff was very friendly and efficient, and the pool was quite pleasant.

As a stopover, the dinner was very decent. The breakfast was very varied, but I think it lacked a proper espresso machine. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the rooms, especially during this heatwave.

Excellent stay in a quiet and green setting, close to Volvic, ideal for families thanks to the establishment's many leisure facilities (swimming pool, table tennis, table football, piano, etc.). Excellent welcome from the staff!

An excellent extended weekend of 3 nights spent at the Rose de Vents Hotel, an incredible location as well as an excellent welcome and very good menus at the restaurant. We will definitely return. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, their kind attentions and this room with terrace which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather and the lovely view of the magnificent park! Superb swimming pool unfortunately not yet open in mid-May this year but it will be soon. Remember to check this point when booking. A magnificent establishment, recently taken over which is currently being refreshed but full of charm.

We had a wonderful time at the lodge. A wonderful welcome. The restaurant service was very pleasant, as well as the food excellent.

Very good address, I recommend it. If there is one improvement that can be made, it is the seal between the glass wall of the bathtub and the wall, but it is only a detail.

We really liked this hotel. Children are welcome, there is a games room, the staff (managers and morning/evening team) are exceptional, the room is pleasant. I highly recommend it. There is also a lovely terrace and a swimming pool, but during our stay they were not yet open due to the weather.

We were pleasantly surprised, friendly welcome, discreet, tasteful furnishings, relatively small but big enough room for a short stay, very good bed and everything very clean. Hotel located in a quiet area, decent restaurant for a stopover. The bathroom could do with being redone, as could the soundproofing, but fortunately the bedding is good quality and the welcome is friendly.

Very warm welcome from the manager, pleasant and smiling. Too bad because the hotel is aging. The breakfast is poorly designed because everything is gathered in the same place. The coffee is in a thermos. The ham is "crumbled". The meal at the restaurant was good but the wait for taking the order and the service too too long. The swimming pool is clean but the glass roof is dilapidated. Pleasant lawn with deckchairs. Possibility of sitting in the shade of the trees.

Perfect hotel and restaurant, but it's a shame there is no pressure in the shower and sink, a trickle of water and no sockets, which is a shame when it comes to charging our phones.

Accueil et service très chaleureux. Par contre, les chambres sont très vieillotes, vieix papier peint, vieiux mobilier, idem pour le mobilier exterieur et l entretien des abords. Nous avons ete decues du rapport qualite prix.

"In its own juice" I think is the expression that best describes this establishment as a whole. 1 point for the geographical location, 1 other for the bedding which is rather correct and 1 last for the cleanliness of the bathroom/toilets. The swimming pool is a plus, but it's a pressure cooker when it's hot.

Charming hotel, but a little old over time. The lack of respect for the owners' instructions makes this place a little noisy. The shrubs that invite themselves inside the pool, would deserve a little pruning.

Delightful setting matched by a warm welcome. As a lover of France and having owned a house for over 40 years in L’Herault my French is reasonable much to the surprise (& delight?) of the other all French hotel guests

Very aging hotel, everything is old and rickety. In the restaurant, the decor is also dated. Breakfast: no local products (apart from a little cheese), I find it a shame not to have pastries and bread from local bakeries. Too bad they don’t work more with local producers! I have already been in 3-star Logis hotels but not of this quality...this one deserves at least one star less!

La Rose des Vents - Logis hotel in Volvic is a great discovery that we would like to make more often: Excellent welcome at the hotel and in the restaurant; Room adapted for disabled people, spacious, easy to access, well equipped; Very comfortable bedding; Pleasant restaurant with good value for money; Welcome booklet very well designed and produced. We will happily come back to stay in this establishment to discover the attractions of Auvergne outside the summer season.

Hotel a few kilometers from Volvic. All female staff, very friendly and always attentive. Clean and comfortable rooms. Buffet breakfast with sweet and savory options. Dinner with a menu of good dishes. Prices normal.

Very good stay in a hotel well located in the Puys chain with easy access by car to Volvic and other tourist sites. Charming welcome, functional, clean and comfortable room. Decor from another time, lack of sound insulation and a slightly cold swimming pool (17°) were the only negative aspects. The breakfast buffet was good and relatively inexpensive, but the quality of the dinner was average for the asking price. A very good experience overall.

Pleasant and available staff. The meals at the restaurant were very good, the fish cooked very well. The negative points, the freshness in the restaurant and in the rooms, the bedding on the double bed needs to be changed (on the other hand the single bed for our daughter was perfect)

A hotel that is years old from current standards. Let this be in terms of "normal" comfort - only one power socket in the room. - no UBs charging sockets or standard sockets at the headboards. -Tiny and unconnected television. - Old-fashioned bathtub with the added bonus of a shower curtain that sticks to the skin. - Summary welcome products. -Color range out of fashion for 20 years. An unusual point for a hotel. - Unpackaged welcome fruit pastes (how long have they been there?) - Out-of-date mattress deeply marked by the years and seriously uncomfortable The restoration. Choice between a basic starter and a “discovery” plate appearing to be made with leftovers from the fridge. (Seriously wilted salad - half croque monsieur and a few shrimps with cocktail sauce) - correct main course when we managed to determine the type of meat sold under the name "poultry" - Correct dessert Positive point: Pleasant staff and trying to do good face the rather strange behavior of the boss... Conclusion: A serious disappointment, this hotel has obviously not received any serious investment for at least 10 years despite serious potential. Far too expensive for the level of service with special mention at breakfast and their slices of ham as big as postage stamps...really.

No heating in the bathroom, a hotel that remains in the juice of the 90s. Very welcoming staff with little care for customers. Very good restaurant but a little expensive for the quantity.

A warm welcome from the owners and waitresses who are remarkably kind and take great care of their guests. A quality meal served and a breakfast that looked like a real feast. The room was not very large but all the comforts were there with remarkable cleanliness. With the added bonus of a sunrise over the Puy de Dôme which could be admired from the bedroom balcony. I have put this hotel in my favorites and will not hesitate to return.
