Review of our stay on August 11, 2025 We received a very warm welcome upon arrival from an extremely kind gentleman, which made our installation pleasant. The room was fine, but it was a shame that it wasn't air-conditioned. With the heat, it was difficult, but fortunately a fan was provided. However, we were very disappointed with the food. The reception from the room manager was cold, almost unpleasant, which is not acceptable in this environment. We had ordered a cocktail and a soft drink at the same time as we had placed our dinner order. After 30 minutes, still nothing, while other guests who arrived after us – and who weren't even staying at the hotel – had already been served, including drinks and starters. When our starters finally arrived, the wait had already spoiled the moment. Same problem for the main course: very long delay, no attention, and not even a carafe of water brought spontaneously. When we expressed our dissatisfaction to the waiter, he had the courtesy to go and talk to the manager about it... but she didn't even bother to come and see us. As we were leaving the room, she even tried to avoid us. We insisted on expressing our disappointment, but there was no apology: she simply told us haughtily that she would not charge us for the drinks... drinks that we never received! Thank goodness, Madam, given the circumstances. It's truly unfortunate, because the welcome at reception and the room were satisfactory, but the experience at the restaurant left a very bad impression of our stay.
Excellent stay. The room is comfortable and functional, we lack nothing, a refresh is still expected, the carpet has an unpleasant odor. The welcome is warm, the staff is helpful and it is clear that the managers are keen for us to feel good, because that is the case, we quickly feel at ease. The common areas are very pleasant, the outdoor pool although not heated is good, the deckchairs are comfortable and it is good to relax there. The spa area and fitness room are great, the opening hours are long. Small downside for the Spa in the morning which was empty, and the reception only opens at 8:00 impossible to operate. But it is a detail. The breakfast is simple but varied and good. The meal at the restaurant is divine, the dishes are really very well cooked, a very good balance of flavors. A treat! The hotel's roadside location is ultimately not a problem; there is no one overlooking it, certainly from passers-by, but I slept with the window open at night without any problems. I would definitely come back!
Cold welcome from the receptionist upon arrival, does not take the time and is in a hurry to speak. Special mention for the waitress of Indian origin in the restaurant, adorable, helpful, smiling at the top! We must keep her!!!! The two other waitresses are much colder and encourage consumption. The hotel is very well located, very beautiful view, but must be renovated, pool tiles damaged everywhere, pool very damaged at the level of the floor and walls, it looks very neglected and dirty. No safety for children, the potillon is open even at night. Very minimalist spa area. Special mention to the cleaning ladies, very smiling and working well. Power cut on arrival on Thursday August 14, no compensation, no aperitif or anything else and we showered in the dark. Error on the bill, two ice creams counted instead of one.
