Very disappointing hotel, poor food, I couldn't eat anything, kitchen ventilation that runs until 10 p.m. and resonates in the rooms. Garbage bags lying around on the landing with meal trays. Not at all up to the standard of a Logis hotel.

Your comments are very clear and leave no room for interpretation. The shortcomings you describe, both in terms of catering and cleanliness and calm, are unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be worthy of the Logis Hôtels label.
We're not trying to shirk our responsibilities. The presence of garbage bags on the landings and the constant noise of the kitchen hood demonstrate our work, but they are signs of neglect that simply shouldn't exist. As for the quality of our restoration, if it's "zero," as you say, it's because we have completely failed in our mission.
This review is not just feedback; it is an acknowledgement of our failure. Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously and that immediate action will be taken to correct these issues and restore the level of excellence our customers are entitled to expect.

Very nice, very relaxing evening after a long drive. The establishment is very well located, accessible with parking. Quiet, even on the road, the room is quiet, air-conditioned, a real plus in this heat, good bedding. Very good dinner in a pleasant atmosphere and charming service by the hostess. To recommend.
Very pleasant staff and we really enjoyed the meal
We had a decent experience at this lovely, well-managed hotel. We were just passing through, so we chose it for its proximity to the highway, private, enclosed parking, and restaurant. We were satisfied with the room; it was beautifully furnished, clean, and had everything we needed (including a hairdryer), the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. If we really had to find a complaint, rooms like ours that face the main road get noisy when the traffic starts in the morning, but with the windows closed, the soundproofing was excellent. As for the restaurant, there were some ups and downs... the atmosphere is definitely excellent. We had an aperitif and dinner outdoors in this beautiful garden at the back of the hotel, where you get a wonderful sense of peace. Unfortunately, the dishes didn't live up to expectations. The food was decent, nothing more. I have nothing to say about the staff, both at reception and during dinner, and in the morning. They were all excellent and kind!
I had booked on your site in May for 3 nights in July. For personal reasons, I sent two emails a few days later to cancel my reservation. I never received a response from anyone. The day I supposedly arrived, I received an email from the hotel saying, you didn't notify us so we're charging you 90 euros for one night. Despite my explanations, they didn't want to eat anything. You're a bunch of crooks, because when you book on the hotel's website, you don't know who you're dealing with. I won't advertise you. It's a shame, all these platforms, to rip people off. Great discovery for a stopover. Young, authentic couple with origins far from Europe who know how to take great care of their guests.

A 2-night stay. We received a very warm welcome; everyone we met was friendly and very attentive. The setting must be very pleasant in summer, with a beautiful terrace and barbecue. See you soon!
No reception before 6pm, leaking toilets in the room, two double rooms when we had booked two rooms with double beds, to switch to a single bed we had to wait 4 hours and pay extra. Dinner cost us a small fortune and was very disappointing (cold food on the plate, really cold), breakfast you ask? Well we didn't see it! Because at 8:30 in the morning there was still no one at reception, nor in the hotel: by calling them on their phone number, we woke them up! Only positive point: the waiter was great, but that doesn't make the whole thing better.
Excellent value for money for this very well renovated hotel, decorated with great taste thanks to local artists, but not only that... As for the restaurant, all the products used are local and of high quality. Very pleasant French and Argentinian cuisine in a pretty setting. Perfect breakfast!... Congratulations to this young couple who spare no effort to satisfy you in a setting with a lot of character!...

D’arriver au logement à l’ouverture des toilettes une énorme flaque d’eau était parterre dans la salle de bain les serviettes sont tachées avec des trous ce qui pose des questions sur la propreté du logement en lui-même qui est totalement catastrophique pour un hôtel.
Une fois que j’ai signalé ce problème à la personne à l’accueil celui-ci au lieu de me changer de chambre tout simplement il est venu avec moi pour nettoyer la tache d’eau au sol des toilettes avec des serviettes que après à poser dans la salle de bain juste à côté des serviettes soi-disant propre.
Dans la chambre durant toute la soirée il y a eu un bruit de ventilateur qui était sûrement la hotte de la cuisine en fonctionnement.
Le matelas était absolument pas confortable et je me suis réveillé avec un mal de dos.
Cerise sur le gâteau il n’y avait pas de savon dans la salle de bain
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel à éviter!

The reception was not manned when we arrived. There was only a telephone number at the entrance that gave us the code for access. After 20 minutes, a member of staff appeared. The shower was broken. They didn't want to give us a discount for that (!). After good experiences in previous years, this was our fourth and last time at this hotel.

Very disappointing, no air conditioning, small fan, no dubious halo pillowcases, mattress placed on a wooden board one hell of a night I had booked 2 nights I left without breakfast feeling sore and very disappointed.

Despite reception opening hours, all access doors are closed. You have to call the boss to get an access code, because no one is there. It took several attempts to get the front door to unlock! The boss almost took us for idiots. No excuses when we met at dinner. Very minimalist pattern.

Your hotel was closed on July 14 (2024) at 7:30 p.m. and I did not set foot there. The manager, who agreed to answer the phone, offered to give me the "code" for a room, in an empty establishment, deprived of any catering service (dinner and breakfast). I regret having stayed at this hotel. Opinions on the internet differed but the photos looked good. There is no one to welcome and hand over the keys. The room is dated, as soon as you dwell on the details, nothing goes right... The air conditioning is broken, it's hot, you open the windows and you can't sleep with the noise of the road nearby ... The TV turned on at 6:30 a.m. by itself, spoiling our night even more than it needed to. The decor is old, everything is coming off the wall, it's torn, pierced. The chandelier hangs crooked, the wires are visible. The cleaning if it is done is not given as proof the multiple cobwebs. The Vmc shower and bathroom does not seem to work. The bathroom is the epitome of desolation: mold on the ceiling, shower screen that blocks opening/closing, broken mixer button, dirty mirror. We wasted 172 euros for one night and 2 breakfasts for a "superior" double room, I don't dare imagine the state of the standard rooms. This is the first time such a bad experience has happened to me, I hope that the owner is aware of the extent of the problem and will do what is necessary for future customers. I do not think that such a hotel deserves 3*, it is clearly misleading and I will no longer trust the Logis Hôtel group.

We arrived at around 4 p.m. There was no one there. There was no sign at all. After contacting them by phone, we were given an entry code and were able to move into the room. The room was fine (worn out). No WiFi in the room. The evening meal was disappointing (too little and unloving). The breakfast was a disappointment. Too little bread and croissants. The basic selection was also sparse.
Spacious room in a well located and well maintained establishment. I recommend for a stay.

Very warm and very professional welcome. Very pleasant and quality dinner at the restaurant.
Reception limits no evening stopover if you have reserved a room at the base because the gentleman is commissioned by your central office for this room where you can hear the neighbors talking and snoring so there is no way to modify it!! No commercial gesture! A walk-in shower where you would need a stepladder to access the shower!
