The only complaint is in room 69 a bedding of m…. It's really a pity…. I ate well I drank well the service was nice and very polite but then a squeaky bedding and a smashed mattress….

No remote control in the room, stuff under the bed, hair in the bathroom, and reception staff at the reception in the evening not in focus.

IT IS NECESSARY TO CHANGE THE FLOOR CARPET IN THE ROOMS. ADD CUPS IN THE BATHROOM AND MAYBE PUT A SMALL FRIDGE. ASK 6 EUROS EXTRA IN THE MENU TO HAVE A PIECE OF MEAT SMALL ENOUGH AND ENOUGH HARD ... PLEASANT PERSONNEL AND DO THEIR POSSIBLE TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERS. STILL A FEW DETAILS TO IMPROVE BUT YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK.

Estábamos de viaje por la zona con una hija de 22 años. Buscamos dónde dormir, cenar y desayuno para seguir en ruta. La Gremelle nos ofreció todo esto con una atención exquisita y una excelente relación calidad-precio, horario de entrada adecuado para quien viene en carretera y amplio parking incluido en el precio.
Buen chorro de agua en la ducha, cama cómoda y, espacios llenos de encanto para una cena deliciosa y el desayuno.

Accueil un peu rude, chambres défraîchies, petit déjeuner OK

Reception, processing very personal.

Nicely situated on the main road into Beaune but not near enough to hear any noise from the road. The rooms were accessed from outside which was unexpected but it did mean we could park the car directly outside the room. We enjoyed our stay and had a most delightful meal in the restaurant. The pool was a bonus as the temperature was in the high 30’sC.

The hotel was closed when we arrived (16.45) with a sign on door saying reception would open at 17.00. Not great as we had been travelling all day and wanted to check in and use the pool.
The room was basic but adequate. There was no shower, just a shower head over the bath with no screen.
The restaurant was very pleasant and the food was excellent.

Hotel chosen for a stopover. Easily accessible and without a big detour. Very welcoming staff. I advise you to book the restaurant at the same time as the room. You will not be disappointed.

nothing to say for the reception or the comfort of the well soundproofed rooms and far from the road... lacked a chair for the desk and a second carpet in front of the toilets because the floor is frozen in the bathroom. The restaurant is very good, with just 3 dishes per service, which allows quality and the absence of waste... But what a pity the ecology is not more advanced: no pressure reduction for the taps, no organic wines while so-called traditional viticulture pollutes the air and water; only the madeleines are organic but individually wrapped, what a waste;

SALLE DE BAIN DES ANNEES 1930. MEME PAS ENVIE DE SE LAVER

Nous avions déjà séjourné un long week-end, il y a 5 ans, en cet établissement, dont la direction et son personnel n'ont pas du tout démérité.

Cette année, nous y avons juste fait une étape, par facilité (proximité de l'autoroute, mais dans un endroit calme), et aussi, pour la qualité de l'hôtellerie et du restaurant, sans oublier l'accès à une piscine.

cet hôtel a surement connu un lustre qu'il ne possède plus actuellement nous y avons séjourné par 2 fois en partant en vacances et en revenant de nos vacances en arrivant le 31808 hôtel fermé ouvre à 17h à l' ouverture on nous a fait un cinéma d'un surclassèrent de chambre (pas compris) ensuite la surprise de nous annoncer que nous ne pouvions pas diner ( restaurant complet) faux ce qui se passe c'est que la direction n'est pas présente . La réalité est toute autre il manque du personnel c'est un scandale de n'avoir que 2 personnes pour l'accueil et le service en salle (commande service et débarrasser) idem en cuisine un chef et ? 1 personne au retour l' hôtel était ouvert et notre réservation pour le diner était active mais problème identique seulement 2 personnes pour tout et en cuisine 2 le chef et 1 plongeur les plats se sont succèdes avec trop de rapidité k' entrée est arrivée alors que nous n'avions pas fini l' apéro la suite idem on a mémé voulu me retirer une assiette non terminée le personnel n'y est pour rien c'est un problème de direction non présente et de manque de personnel il y a encore eu des clients qui n'ont pas eu accès au restaurant quant au petit déjeuner sans commentaires et le café du véritable jus de chaussette et toujours pas plus de personnel la directrice exige de son maigre personnel qu'ils fassent des miracles c'est impossible. A rayer de votre chaine que j' avais délaissée suite à d'autres expériences mauvaises Je ne sais pas si je continuerai à cotoyer vos établissements dans ces conditions

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms, gourmet food and excellent wine.

Établissement très agréable et restauration de très bonne facture. Accueil très soigné. Attention à la musique en cuisine qui provoque des nuisances au niveau des chambres.

We visited this hotel also last year and based on our experience last year we came back. The restaurant is very good. We come back next year.

Nous avons été déçus par notre séjour à l'hôtel la Gremelle sauf en ce qui concerne le restaurant qui était de qualité.
Personnel insuffisant et pas fiable (service de nettoyage des chambres très mauvais : la fenêtre de notre chambre située au rez-de chaussée est restée grande ouverte et la porte n'avait pas été fermée à clé après le passage de l'équipe de nettoyage, linge de toilette enlevé mais non remplacé).
D'autre part l'agencement de la chambre était décevant (pas de place pour ranger les vêtements, finitions des salles de bains et WC inachevées).
Une amélioration est nécessaire au niveau de l'hôtellerie.
