perfect value for money (off season, end of November), good choice in terms of catering as well. small downside on our arrival just before 7 p.m. where we found the door closed and the establishment turned off, after a phone call and the very rapid arrival of a member of staff we were able to enter the establishment.
When we arrived (mid-November) there was no heating in the room and there were no towels for the shower. In the evening at the restaurant, there was no heat, neither in the room nor on the plates, which was a shame because the food was good...

Premium stopover evening, on arrival at 6:30 p.m. no one! Supposedly I had a message from the owner if that had been the case I would not have looked for someone to have my room. The premium meal and I've ham we will come back they were all good. In the morning great welcome but on arrival not great.

Cold meal and filet mignon impossible to cut. We reported it but no reaction. Too bad because the room and place are nice.
Well the one thing I blame is the cleaning in the rooms behind the doors not done and the above complaints behind the toilet door it is still a 3 star otherwise correct

My second stay at this establishment, relatively disappointed whereas I had really enjoyed my first visit, the rooms facing the front are very well equipped and comfortable, but not at all soundproofed, you feel like you are with the neighbors in the room, and in terms of cleaning, spider webs on the beams, behind the TV, the air vents, it really leaves something to be desired.

We stay in a lot of hotel accommodations, but we were disappointed here. The room is very good, clean on arrival, but the bathroom floor was not done during the stay, quite old. Mixed reception, very nice swimming pool except that the robot runs non-stop in the pool and you always have it in your legs which does not allow you to swim, too bad lunch really not provided, 1st day some chocolate bread on a plate, bread not very fresh, no cereals or fruit room, 2 jams sugar not individual but in a pot to take with the fingers, 2nd day days of defrosted bread, no more croissants etc. the tank is not refilled, the owner not very pleasant and cold in her way of speaking it is a 3 star anyway, my husband did not appreciate the evening meal, no light outside, there are light plots but its turned off so you go up the stairs to the entrance at night in the dark, from the very dangerous parking lot I broke my face by the way. The doorman of the doors badly adjusted so the doors of the rooms slam all day and evening. Finally disappointed, for a 3 star hotel I think there are a lot of things to review, on the other hand the bar staff, maintenance are really very nice and helpful, the young people in the restaurant too, it saves everything a bit.

We are delighted with this stay. We like old stones and so we liked your hotel. The room was very good with quality bedding. We were not able to enjoy the swimming pool, due to lack of time (visit to the abbey then to Condom). We had a very pleasant dinner on the terrace. This meal was of very good quality with a very reasonable price. We particularly appreciated the young people who did the service and gave excellent advice with a smile. If we go back through the Gers we will know where to stop.

In a very pleasant rural setting, a superb establishment combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. You feel at home there. Decor, food, cleanliness, welcome.... nothing to complain about. Perhaps missing a kettle to make a hot drink in the room and for my part I would appreciate a tray at breakfast to avoid x trips between the buffet and the table.

Spacious and clean room, well-equipped bathroom, air conditioning, unfortunately the large bed is made up of two small ones pushed together and the space in the middle is unpleasant, a habit to be avoided. And you should know that the upstairs door leading to the reception is closed at night until 7am!! No information on this! In terms of security, it's limited.
Hotel on the edge of the road and fields with ample parking. Small unit with all the comforts. Comfortable functional room, separate toilet. Large dining room. Possibility of eating outside. Neat cuisine. The crunch is perfect. Friendly, smiling and efficient staff. Only one regret, not being able to have breakfast outside.

The rooms are certainly small but very functional. But the mattresses are very hard and the blanket too hot for summer. The meal at the restaurant lasted too long. We ordered a children's menu at 7:30 p.m. and the ice cream that we ordered straight away was served at 10 p.m. The accompaniments were tasteless (a potato cooked in water without sauce and vegetables that were thawed and not seasoned! Fortunately the meat was good.) Too bad for the beautiful setting and the superb swimming pool.

Very pleasant surprise! Quiet, comfortable. Charming hotel. I had booked the last room available and therefore paid more than I would have liked: it was a room for 4 and there were only 2 of us. But it was well worth the price. and so, it was very spacious. Our 180 bed was very comfortable (I did not test the sofa bed for places 3 and 4!). Restaurant: for a menu at €25 (from memory) in the evening, I found it very fine, not "basic".

Very happy 2 years ago, but disappointed now except in restaurants. Room (frames not great, and sofa bed very bad. Bathroom good but in the toilet all the appliances all rusty: to throw away… not expensive at gifi.., watch out for the photos that some might take. Compote served for breakfast, damage Be careful with cleaning on the large window on the right when entering…..

1/ Hotel on the edge of a busy road with the impossibility of opening the window due to the noise and the number of “evil” bedbugs placed around the frame, despite the heat of the day 2/ bathroom without any separation (neither door nor curtain) which opens directly into room 3/ dinner on the terrace on the express recommendation of the “Mr” at reception - no lighting! just a neon tube 5 m from the table above a summer kitchen and a low-intensity light garland under parasols more than 3 m away! Couldn't get at least one candle on the table. We saw almost nothing of our dinner, but felt it all night thanks to the heartburn. 4/ Very moderately maintained exteriors. So we cut our stay short. WHAT A PITY ! Usually, hotel restaurants affiliated with the “Logis” brand guarantee a fairly good standard with a friendly and professional welcome. Unfortunately we got it wrong and now we will have to check the bedroom/bathroom separation configuration, the immediate environment (noise) and customer reviews.
We really enjoyed renting the hotel. Our room overlooked the road but in the evening there was no traffic. Due to lack of staff, we were unable to use the swimming pool, access closed. The meal was plentiful and of good quality.

With this heat wave, we wanted a change of air and have an air-conditioned room and benefit from the swimming pool! Disappointment on our part because the swimming pool was not functional due to a breakdown. The manager offered us to benefit from the SPA services of his other establishment, in compensation. The staff at this establishment are efficient, friendly and very helpful. It is a pleasure to discuss with them. A special mention for Pauline, a major asset, I think of this hotel, friendly, smiling, efficient. And to the two young people working at the hotel this summer, smiling and carrying out their work seriously. Last point, Congratulations for the chef and his brigade because dishes of a superior quality aesthetically and tastefully.

Accustomed to this hotel for 4 years, we reported malfunctions, TV, bathroom, and for any answer: no time to do! Thereafter the evening meal (regional at 35 €) we were particularly disappointed with the lack of originality and the general quality of the dishes served. And no change of cutlery between starter and dish!! Accustomed to Logis, always in line with our expectations, this establishment disappointed us.

The only downside for me is the noise from the road and the shutters that don't seal well so waking up too early by the sun otherwise everything is perfect you feel like home in a dream setting, the staff is very friendly and always available. Thank you for everything.
In bedroom 6, remember to raise your head above the TV, because there is a big spider, per rafter on the ceiling. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning efficient and the site quiet despite the proximity to the road and the pleasant swimming pool.

Contact concerning my late arrival I warn that I will be there quite late by a message because the hotel did not answer. Arriving after 6 hours of driving, I call because there is no access to the hotel or the possibility of finding the key. I am received by the hotelier in a very incorrect way that if it was not 1 am and I was not tired from the road I would have left, it is inexcusable because I warned of my late arrival. Fortunately the person at the reception in the morning was much more pleasant and professional despite everything I will not advertise this establishment and this gentleman

A pleasant hotel away from town centre, easy to find and although near road external soundproofing was excellent. We wanted a room change and host very accommodating to provide another.. Restaurant very good with good food, service and comfortable surroundings, although not on a large plot so not able to take an evening stroll after dinner. Fine old building but internal soundproofing not great for light sleepers!!

Wonderful service from the person who was there when we arrived and the 1st days. The rest of the staff are, unfortunately, not up to par. Unacceptable that we are asked every day: "Do you want us to clean the room?" It is normal for us to clean the room every day in an establishment of this category. And, when it is done, cleaning is sloppy. The sink faucet was dripping, and despite having reported it several times, nothing has changed! The type of scrambled eggs served at breakfast is borderline inedible, and it seems that it is not possible to get fried eggs! The place is fantastic, but we feel, unfortunately, the consequences of the limited hours! Despite everything, we had fun and we will surely come back, hoping that these small problems will have been solved.

Pleasant setting, very friendly and welcoming manager, but we were bothered by the fact that the restaurant was not open the evening of our arrival even though we had selected this stage so as not to have to take the car back at the end of the day.. Fortunately, we had had the information before but we had to modify our weekend visit program to adapt. Furthermore, I don't really like the principle of the bathroom integrated into the bedroom, without separation.

When we arrived, we were told a room rate 15€ higher than that of BOOKING, including taxes, as well as an additional 2€ tourist tax… Rather confusing explanation: the booking site has a promotional rate , and without possible cancellation that the hotel cannot apply in the event of direct contact…(we had retained 24 hours before and there was no question of the possibility of canceling…) Very bad commercial approach, very inelegant… The Euro hunting seems open in this establishment that we are definitely removing from our addresses...

Beautiful place with personalized welcome at the top. Gourmet dinner but the room, beautiful moreover, had a lot of surprises (felt cold at times, especially in the morning and VMC of the overdue toilets). At 400m. from the abbey of FLARAN, to be done on foot during the warm seasons.
