Finding yourself in a room for PMS when you booked 2 months in advance is not normal...on the other hand, the restaurant is still a bit too old.
Located in a small, very quiet village not far from the national road, it's a perfect stopover. Comfortable, clean hotel with parking. Good, hearty meal and good breakfast.
We had a very good night, calm and relaxing, very comfortable and very competent staff.

An excellent bucolic stay. Full board with tasty meals, excellent sauces, and attentive, friendly service. The chef did everything he could to make this stay simple and friendly. He was always attentive and eager to satisfy his customers. We recommend this establishment for a great time. BRAVO!!!!!!

Despite a mistake by the head of the establishment for the opening time of the hotel (we had to call to say that we were in front of the door so that he would open for us) and a breakfast that is not worth that of a 3 star. We had a good time, clean room, very good restaurant, pleasant and professional waitress.
Quiet hotel with comfortable and very clean room and bed. Very good food too.
ON ARRIVAL WE WERE INFORMED THAT OUR RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED DUE TO A PERSONAL PROBLEM WITH THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED OF THIS SITUATION BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL.

Very welcoming staff
Hotel entrance closed on arrival, entered through restaurant but no one was seen. After shouting in the kitchen, someone came. It was special that this man ran the hotel single-handedly. Received guests, cooked and served dinner. Opted for dinner at the hotel, there were two more guests. Menu choice was not possible, nor was it asked. A three-course menu was served without consultation. Luckily I like everything and have no allergies.

Nice little comfortable hotel, pleasant welcome, cozy atmosphere, all in a beautiful village in Haute-Loire.
Good welcome by friendly and committed people. Downside regarding the catering which corresponds to a single menu as part of a formula similar to half board. Correct room. Wifi quite poor quality. Given the kindness of the staff, these drawbacks must be put into perspective.
