The comfort of the rooms is quite basic and quite cold: tiled floors, holes in the walls, empty soap bottles. Otherwise the bedding is good, the hotel is ideally located (in the heart of the village) with plenty of parking around, the staff is friendly and the restaurant is tasty.
Hello The cleaning had not been done at all, we opened the sheets there were hairs, hair, sock lint. Under the beds it had not been done for months, minons, dead leaves and dust. No hand soap or shower gel, everything was empty. Shower towel already used and not changed. In short for a night at 145 euros it is very expensive.
Mediocre and catastrophic with the toilets backing up into the shower 🚿 and I changed rooms when I returned in the middle of the night despite reporting it in the morning. Very limited breakfast and I found the door closed for my breakfast on my third 3 days that I paid in advance. I travel all over France via logis and I wanted to work a small hotel in Savoie. First and last time…

Walking distance from the wedding location was very nice and an important reason for this booking. Enough space for 3 people in the room, but only 2 chairs. Nice view of mountains. The room was under the roof and it was very warm. Air conditioning would have been very nice. Restaurant closure on Sunday evening was not mentioned on the website, so it was very disappointing!!
very good stay, very friendly and attentive employee. comfortable and clean room and bed. Shower a little small but we'll get used to it and a tablet would be missing in the shower. the only thing is that when I go back, I will specify that I want a room in the back. in fact, our room was right above the restaurant/bar and on Friday evening and Saturday evening the customers shouting on the terrace until half past midnight are average. and also, the road is too close, you can hear all the vehicles (car/tractor/truck) from at least 7 a.m. so when you want to sleep in, it's not great. but otherwise, sufficient breakfast, very good restaurant (except that it is not written, nor said that for mussels/fries, you have to reserve) otherwise the thing that bothered me a little is that it does not There's no private parking, so I was a little afraid of bikes.
Apparently stressed by the preparation of the music festival coupled with a European Cup football match, the person who welcomed us was very expeditious. The hotel (or at least the room we were in) deserves a serious refresh. Everything is old there. There was only one bedside table (there were 2 of us). On the other hand, the meal at the restaurant was excellent, impeccable service by the same person who received us at the hotel.

Shower in the bathroom of small dimensions, no WIFI connection and above all problem with the TV, a parasitic noise every 3 or 4 seconds even when turned off. Annoying when looking at it but above all prevents you from sleeping. Had to unplug it. And above all, forgetting to reserve the group for breakfast, pieces of bread too small. No dilapidated parking not up to date no air conditioning about very noisy equipment from the 90s on the other hand the price has evolved over the years the opinions and the notes of 10 are all false impossible to put 10 at such an establishment. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Gezin van 4 personen; 6 mini stukjes stokbrood en een mini croissants is absoluut niet toereikend.
Geen aardig personeel, kattig, geen personeel bij de balie voor vertrek.
Nooit meer naartoe gaan.
The property is located in a small village near Annecy in a characteristic and very nice building. The family room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was excellent. I would go back and highly recommend it.
The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant is very good and the accommodation is very adequate.
Very good stay, very comfortable bed, the hotel restaurant is really good and the waiters are very pleasant and they are super responsive. Only downside, the noise of neighbors in the room and a pity that there is no receptionist at the end of the stay. But we will come back because the bed is really very comfortable!

young team, very pleasant, dynamic. excellent cuisine and beautiful presentation. Room "old" but spacious and clean. only downside, soundproofing, but no noise past 11:00 p.m.
Very good value for money, perfect welcome, and a large car park right next to the hotel. The night was very calm. No la carte catering that evening but a fixed menu.
The rooms are comfortable but impossible to block one of the shutters and the access to the shower is not very wide just like the shower. The restaurant is very noisy. It deserves an acoustic treatment at the ceiling level. And there is obviously a personnel problem. Many errors in orders when they are not forgotten. Everyone had finished their glass of aperitif when finally the long-awaited coke after several requests finally arrived.

We rented for 4 nights. Dirty bathrooms when we arrived, not cleaned, hair everywhere. Despite our complaint, the bathroom was cleaned the day before our departure. Room in its original condition to be renovated with a hole in the curtain, in the bathroom old electrical outlet not suitable for plugging in the hair dryer provided by the hotel. Had to go to the room to dry your hair or shave 🙃too bad because the reception started well The television constantly loses connection
