Everything in balance. Location, dinner & breakfast . Room & garden.

I forgot to mention during the reservation process that my husband has a mobility impairment. When we were initially assigned a room on the second floor, which I wasn't thrilled about, we were immediately moved to a room on the first floor. As we were on our way there, a staff member approached us and informed us that the accessible room had become available and that we could take it. She explained that it would be more convenient, especially with our dog, as it was on the ground floor with direct access to the exit. All in all, we received excellent and very friendly service, and the staff were very attentive to our needs. On the day of our departure, we were informed that a note had been made next to our name, indicating that we would receive the same room on our next stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and restaurant and will definitely return.

Very quiet and laidback location. A short drive into the hills, nestled near the forest in a small village close to Soultz - Guebwiller. Freshly renovated, very clean, very bright, very comfortable. Our ground-floor room had windows directly overlooking the restaurant's terrace. The first row of seats was right next to our window. Therefore, we couldn't open the window and had to close the curtains to avoid being disturbed.

I would say it's a hidden gem if many others hadn't discovered this small hotel on the mountainside. I missed air conditioning in the room, but luckily you can keep the windows open at night. You can charge your electric car at the parking lot for a pretty cheap price. Our dinner was delicious and inexpensive. Good wine list is a bonus.

Beautiful, quiet establishment in the village, the phone network is unstable, a day without a phone at all, the Wi-Fi is spotty, not enough capacity if everyone connects at the same time. Over 3 evenings, two dinners in the back room of the restaurant where it is hot and where the chairs are from another time. The menu announcement is not exactly what is on the plate, mashed potatoes instead of rice advertised etc..... Very good breakfast. Too bad it could be better!

We are returning for the third time to this hotel, which offers consistently outstanding service and excellent food. The value for money is incredible. The establishment is very modern, yet located at the bottom of a very peaceful valley, a 1.5-hour walk from the summit of the Grand Ballon.
