This is one of my favorite places in this beautiful region. Thank you to Jeanne and Jules' entire team for the quality of service and their smiles.
The bedding, cleanliness, quietness, and decor are perfect. The hotel is only 5 months old. The staff is very attentive; there's no manager, as we assume they're left to their own devices and not professionals, but they are very welcoming and willing nonetheless.

Courteous, simple welcome with a smile. Fresh and original decor. Top-notch cuisine, full of flavors and with a lot of choice. Very practical buffet concept (especially when eating alone). In short, I approve and I'm talking about it🙋🏻♂️
Breakfast at 7 o'clock is lacking a lot of things, but it's not serious, just needs to be fixed. Excellent hotel 5/5
Very nice hotel, very clean, right in the city center. Plenty of free parking nearby. The all-you-can-eat buffet is well stocked and well cooked, especially for the price. Two or three small things caught my attention; perhaps the management of the establishment asks a little too much versatility from its impeccable and willing employees, with the multitude of things on offer. We have very good memories of this establishment, we left more than relaxed thanks to the privatization of the Spa (a lack of clean towels, which I think is due to the people before us who did not warn the staff of their excessive consumption of them). To summarize, a very beautiful place, full of serenity, ALL the staff polite, smiling. I recommend!
After noticing a malfunction in the magnetic card contact system managing the electricity, I wanted to manage it without disturbing anyone, but there were numerous annoying outages. Faulty outlet. Reported the next day. Dinner offered from 7 p.m., buffet...also for the evening, deduction because it was not explained. But hot dishes not before 7:45 p.m. Long wait then call to pay the next morning. A commercial gesture in exchange for the elements described above would have been appreciated.
The entire team is very attentive, the hotel is truly high quality, particularly in the choice of wood materials and the quality of the finish. Everything is there. Even the service stairs are carefully crafted in solid ash, a true work of art. A very cozy establishment that really makes a difference compared to other hotels in the area. Jean-Philippe.
Great experience but unfortunately marred by a sudden awakening due to a false alarm following the shower fumes in a room.
Very beautiful, luxurious hotel, beautiful decor. Truly a sublime setting. Staff present, welcoming, attentive and helpful... Room and bathroom impeccable, very comfortable bedding. Themed rooms and very well decorated. Everything is done to make your stay as smooth as possible. I had a wonderful stay.
Very nice rooms, good breakfast and dinner. The only flaw was that our rooms weren't cleaned on two of the four nights we stayed with you!
Incident management was perfect
The staff were very friendly. The evening and breakfast buffets were excellent. We had a great time. We also loved the spa area.

The hotel is being refurbished to a high standard. The room and bathroom were very smart and decorated in an eye catching manner. The staff of the hotel were their biggest asset, being helpful and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The hotel is well located in the center of Rostrenen, there is a parking lot right next door and a great place to eat 300 m away (Chez Erwan » which took us to Rostrenen). The hotel is new, the spa is great (sauna, hammam, bath and jacuzzi, invigorating shower…). The room (double Deluxe) is well equipped (bedding, air conditioning, Bluetooth speaker, kettle and coffee machine… it might be missing more wall lights to hang towels/bathrobes in the bathroom and additional space to store your things, the wardrobe being good but not suitable for folded clothes). The staff we met were very welcoming, we feel a young team motivated in the very beginning of this adventure (we were there 3 weeks after the opening). We will come back in a while for sure.
Craft beer prices are cheaper than traditional beer prices. (Affligem pint average price €7) No wine by the pitcher
A beautiful, newly opened hotel oozing the charm and character of Kreiz-Breizh. Beautiful amenities, comfortable bedding, and attentive service are featured. The decor is tastefully decorated with touches of local history.
