I stayed in this hotel on the night of September 22 to 23, 2025 and the least that can be said is that my stay was catastrophic. In fact, I arrived and waited a good 5 minutes before the barrier was opened for me because the digital code present did not work despite my calls. Then I was assigned my room. It was time for dinner and I had to wait 1 hour 30 minutes for my meal to finish. Then I returned to my room around 10 p.m. at that time I wanted to rest in front of the TV but the surprise was that the TV was not working. I called reception who told me that they would see the manager to solve the problem but nothing was done about it, so no TV. When I woke up I went to have breakfast and to top it all off, nothing to eat, no croissants, no yogurt, there were just pains au chocolat and 2 miserable compotes left for a breakfast billed at €13.
