I always book this hotel when I stay in Albi. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and always tries to accommodate my requests.

Nice room, bathtub is useless, a shower would be better, however the toilet door opens inwards making access difficult. Otherwise, everything is very good.

A bit old, no bottled water available

Honestly, a great stay, even though I have a manual wheelchair and we had to find a way to get the wheelchair into the elevator, but thanks to your receptionist, we found a solution and so for my round trips I was able to easily take the elevator with the wheelchair. They even made a room available to me in the morning at 7:40 a.m. so that I could do my video course and quickly plan to go to my 9 a.m. appointment. And the evening receptionist was also great because he helped me.

Small room for two, only 1 sink while the room right next door was given to a single person and included 1 double bed + 1 small bed. 2 sinks. The windows were not made with marks, the double glazing not cleaned. This does not correspond to a 3 star. Group meal in the evening... very disappointing and in addition the beginning of gastro for many people. The positive point, good reception and a breakfast service with friendly staff.

The staff and cleanliness: very good. However, the hotel is dilapidated and aging. Renovation/modernization work would not be too much. Holes in the ceiling at the entrance to our room, carpet that has outlived its time, only one socket for the bedside lamp OR the cell phone under the bedside table (because cell phones did not exist when the hotel was created). I did not see the pool, so I will not be able to judge.

Good service for the restaurant, service and quality of the meal. Weak point: there is no private car parking, the parking lot is at the train station right in front of the hotel. However, there is free and private motorcycle parking.

Very good value for money for this hotel located across from Albi train station. The room was on the 3rd floor, pool side, quiet and comfortable, with standard amenities. The breakfast is good but could benefit from a little more diversity.

Very good but some details could be improved: _ in the toilet, a piece of baseboard or plaster is missing, _ VERY ANNOYING: toilet door creaks _ in the bedroom, the closet door doesn't close. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The welcome was perfect, the room very pleasant. Thank you to Camille, Abdullah, and Sylvain for their welcome and their advice at Le Goulu restaurant. The food was delicious!

We stopped here as a stopover on a long journey, and it was a lovely surprise. Very welcoming staff, super-spacious triple room, and spotlessly clean. A dip in the pool at the end of the day was also perfect. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the historic center.

A little disappointed with the room, the bathroom is in its original state, as are the toilets. The air conditioning was more of an air cooler that is no longer in its first youth, it was 38 degrees this weekend and it barely cooled the room.

Nothing to report

A short three-day weekend in the middle of a heatwave. I had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool. The staff is attentive and always available. A big thank you to Camille for her delicious cocktails and her kindness!

Spacious room, excellent bedding, quiet. Across from the train station, otherwise access to private parking. A 15-minute walk from the historic center.

The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, albeit perfectly clean and well maintained. There is a lack of power outlets in the room (we had one for a bedside light and one other for kettle/coffee-maker, light, and anything else). The staff were wonderful. That's why we'd go back.

The restaurant and breakfast staff were very friendly. Otherwise, they were useless.

Excellent breakfast. The only drawback is the heat, so remove the plastic mattress covers and put in cotton ones.

Free parking nearby. Firm mattresses. Clean. Very friendly receptionist. Quadruple room. Small but very clean pool. 8 minutes' walk from the center. Pharmacy, bakery, and supermarket nearby. Good restaurant on-site. This is our second time at this hotel.

Perfect welcome, courteous and professional staff. Free parking near the train station, so in front of the hotel (you have to be a little lucky). Simple breakfast but nothing is missing (well done for the jams, they don't serve them in trays but in jars and everyone helps themselves, that deserves to be highlighted). Walking distance to the historic center. The swimming pool is a real plus. The rooms are not modern but very clean and the bedding is comfortable. More than adequate value for money.

The Grand Hôtel d'Orleans sign is invisible and nowhere to be found. At the hotel reception, we were told that the name is engraved on the steps leading to the hotel.... Okay, but you can only see it when you stand on it!! On the hotel parking side, there is no bike rack to attach your equipment.... Very unprofessional for a hotel located on the Tarn Valley cycle route... Finally, the bathroom lighting needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is okay. The food at the restaurant is pretty good, but the beer is sour and the white wine is poor.

This hotel hasn't changed in 20 years; my daughter worked there as a student! The rooms could do with a makeover, and the bathroom linens are very worn.

The staff is very pleasant and courteous, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable. One major inconvenience, however, was that the pool was empty. Booking.com states, "Please note that the pool is open during the summer," so we were right to assume that July 2nd is actually the summer period.

I had a wonderful stay at the Logis Grand Hôtel d'Orléans with my family. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The receptionist who was there when I checked out was very kind. When you have the chance to meet him during your stay, you want to come back. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-air-conditioned. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling with family or solo.

Very dedicated and charming staff from arrival, to meals, to breakfast, to night service and to departure. I am very satisfied with this hotel and I highly recommend it.

A arrived after a 2-day journey from Canada, with missed connections and flight delays. I was falling asleep on the train from Toulouse. So, having the hotel across the street from the train station was a blessing. I was 15 minutes late checking out the next morning. For that I blamed the bed. It was too comfortable, and I didn't want to leave it. My room was small, as one should expect in a historic city, and it was at the corner of the building, overlooking the station and a busy intersection. But it was quiet, being well sound-proofed from the outside. I slept very well. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant or use other facilities. Perhaps, next time. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Gemütliches, familiäres Hotel, direkt ggü vom Bahnhof. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt, nur beim Frühstück merkt man, dass es keine französische Erfindung ist. Kaffee aus dem Automaten ist geschmacklich noch Luft nach oben und es gibt jetzt Rührei zum Beispiel. Aber ansonsten alles sehr gut.

Noise fans, you'll love this place: can't speak for all rooms (obvs) just Room 414. If it wasn't the bloke in the room next door talking till 0500, or the muffled banging and crashing somewhere in the hotel, it was the lift tones (bing bong) that started around 0700. Shame because the staff were friendly and welcoming and the restaurant lovely.

No air conditioning, just not very efficient ventilation so I was very hot... Very hot outside so if you open the window, no cooling and noise... Otherwise good and comfortable room apart from hot, good bathroom. For the meal, the average starter (gazpacho), little taste apart from that of the water but the rest, succulent, well presented and excellent, the service very good. Satisfied even if a little expensive for a non-air-conditioned room...

Very nice hotel very well located opposite the station and the city center on foot. Spacious room for the family room (2 separate spaces) Very pleasant swimming pool in summer. Charming staff. The only downside was the air conditioning problem for this family room which was not powerful enough with the outside heat and which could not be resolved during the stay. Paid hotel parking but possibility of finding free outdoor spaces around the station. We did not try the restaurant thinking as indicated that it was closed on weekends while the restaurant is open in the evening during the summer…..to be corrected on the information Very good stay. We recommend. Very good stay whatever.

Rather well located, nice room and bedding but the receptionist only partially understands French and is unable to give us very simple advice. Very pretty swimming pool if we ignore the greenery which develops in several places. Restaurant closed on weekends. And for the bill, the receptionist tried it several times. Very positive aspects but many details to review.

In addition, our room was already ready at the very beginning of the afternoon, before the normally announced time, and a space was available in the establishment's closed garage. We appreciated the calm of the room located on the pool side, the very good bedding, the kettle available, the separate WC and the quality shower. The eco-express breakfast turned out to be perfect for our expectations this day. In the morning when we left, Géraldine's kindness, patience and pugnacity allowed her to resolve a situation linked to our regulations which she was confronted with for the first time. Thank you for everything. If we were to pass through Albi again on our vacation route, without hesitation we would stop at the Grand Hôtel d'Orleans again.

Very pleasant welcome with friendly staff, as well as room service. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioning in summer is a plus in the room!! Restaurant and service at the top! The car is very easy to park. I recommend with your eyes closed.

Rooms need updating, and basically a 3 star. Breakfast is a very poor continental and expensive.

Looking for an escape for a couple of days and wanting to revisit Albi we were delighted with our choice. We were fortunate to find a parking space right in front of the Hotel. Staff were very helpful and were even able to open the Sim drawer of my husband's iPhone when he had a teenage hissy-fit! It's certainly an address we'll keep in mind if we want to visit Albi again.

Closed swimming pool and very few options for a vegetarian in meals. Very clean and comfortable room but very basic. Good breakfast. Aperitif room and restaurant rather well decorated.

The catering for the evening stopover...becomes less and less qualitative, a very large part of the quality of the meals offered
