Superb staff, just like home
The welcome was outstanding and very friendly, the room was clean and quiet, the bedding comfortable, the bathroom very functional, and the breakfast excellent. The restaurant is high quality at an affordable price, and the staff very helpful. Just 15 minutes from the city center, we had a delightful weekend. A bonus in the summer is the possibility of accessing the swimming pool.

Perfect welcome and location
Special mention goes to both the hotel and the restaurant. They were very kind and attentive.
The room was outdated, the bathroom door was broken, and there was a gaping hole in the ceiling. On the plus side, the evening meal was good. Breakfast offered little choice, and the Carrefour supermarket was mediocre. The Wi-Fi didn't work on the top floor. The hairdryer was old and worn out.

I always book this hotel when I stay in Albi. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable and always tries to accommodate my requests.
Nice room, bathtub is useless, a shower would be better, however the toilet door opens inwards making access difficult. Otherwise, everything is very good.
A bit old, no bottled water available
Honestly, a great stay, even though I have a manual wheelchair and we had to find a way to get the wheelchair into the elevator, but thanks to your receptionist, we found a solution and so for my round trips I was able to easily take the elevator with the wheelchair. They even made a room available to me in the morning at 7:40 a.m. so that I could do my video course and quickly plan to go to my 9 a.m. appointment. And the evening receptionist was also great because he helped me.

Everything went very well, hotel is very convenient for gare SNCF (directly opposite), Albi is one of the loveliest towns in France (and anywhere else for that matter). There was a minor problem, I had very itchy legs and I had to get up during the night to put on lotion, possibly the detergent at the laundry might be a bit 'cheap'.

Traditional hotel in the best way.
Small room for two, only 1 sink while the room right next door was given to a single person and included 1 double bed + 1 small bed. 2 sinks. The windows were not made with marks, the double glazing not cleaned. This does not correspond to a 3 star. Group meal in the evening... very disappointing and in addition the beginning of gastro for many people. The positive point, good reception and a breakfast service with friendly staff.

The staff and cleanliness: very good. However, the hotel is dilapidated and aging. Renovation/modernization work would not be too much. Holes in the ceiling at the entrance to our room, carpet that has outlived its time, only one socket for the bedside lamp OR the cell phone under the bedside table (because cell phones did not exist when the hotel was created). I did not see the pool, so I will not be able to judge.
Good service for the restaurant, service and quality of the meal. Weak point: there is no private car parking, the parking lot is at the train station right in front of the hotel. However, there is free and private motorcycle parking.

Very good but some details could be improved: _ in the toilet, a piece of baseboard or plaster is missing, _ VERY ANNOYING: toilet door creaks _ in the bedroom, the closet door doesn't close. On the positive side: _ the large, comfortable bed, _ the quietness of the hotel, _ the quality of the restaurant and the service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The welcome was perfect, the room very pleasant. Thank you to Camille, Abdullah, and Sylvain for their welcome and their advice at Le Goulu restaurant. The food was delicious!
We stopped here as a stopover on a long journey, and it was a lovely surprise. Very welcoming staff, super-spacious triple room, and spotlessly clean. A dip in the pool at the end of the day was also perfect. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral and the historic center.
A little disappointed with the room, the bathroom is in its original state, as are the toilets. The air conditioning was more of an air cooler that is no longer in its first youth, it was 38 degrees this weekend and it barely cooled the room.
The only downside, as I mentioned to your team, is the TV interrupting the beautiful, relaxing underwater documentaries with very commercial ads (and since it's always louder, it's very disruptive!). Yes, I know, TV is everywhere: in the rooms, in the restaurant, in all the hotels... What if you did without TV? Guests are there to relax, and if they're at a table, to chat amongst themselves... For those who are addicted, they have the internet on their smartphones. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank you.

A short three-day weekend in the middle of a heatwave. I had a great stay and really enjoyed the pool. The staff is attentive and always available. A big thank you to Camille for her delicious cocktails and her kindness!

The hotel itself is a little old-fashioned, albeit perfectly clean and well maintained. There is a lack of power outlets in the room (we had one for a bedside light and one other for kettle/coffee-maker, light, and anything else). The staff were wonderful. That's why we'd go back.

Free parking nearby. Firm mattresses. Clean. Very friendly receptionist. Quadruple room. Small but very clean pool. 8 minutes' walk from the center. Pharmacy, bakery, and supermarket nearby. Good restaurant on-site. This is our second time at this hotel.

Perfect welcome, courteous and professional staff. Free parking near the train station, so in front of the hotel (you have to be a little lucky). Simple breakfast but nothing is missing (well done for the jams, they don't serve them in trays but in jars and everyone helps themselves, that deserves to be highlighted). Walking distance to the historic center. The swimming pool is a real plus. The rooms are not modern but very clean and the bedding is comfortable. More than adequate value for money.
The Grand Hôtel d'Orleans sign is invisible and nowhere to be found. At the hotel reception, we were told that the name is engraved on the steps leading to the hotel.... Okay, but you can only see it when you stand on it!! On the hotel parking side, there is no bike rack to attach your equipment.... Very unprofessional for a hotel located on the Tarn Valley cycle route... Finally, the bathroom lighting needs to be reviewed.

This hotel hasn't changed in 20 years; my daughter worked there as a student! The rooms could do with a makeover, and the bathroom linens are very worn.

The staff is very pleasant and courteous, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable. One major inconvenience, however, was that the pool was empty. Booking.com states, "Please note that the pool is open during the summer," so we were right to assume that July 2nd is actually the summer period.

I had a wonderful stay at the Logis Grand Hôtel d'Orléans with my family. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The receptionist who was there when I checked out was very kind. When you have the chance to meet him during your stay, you want to come back. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-air-conditioned. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling with family or solo.

A arrived after a 2-day journey from Canada, with missed connections and flight delays. I was falling asleep on the train from Toulouse. So, having the hotel across the street from the train station was a blessing. I was 15 minutes late checking out the next morning. For that I blamed the bed. It was too comfortable, and I didn't want to leave it. My room was small, as one should expect in a historic city, and it was at the corner of the building, overlooking the station and a busy intersection. But it was quiet, being well sound-proofed from the outside. I slept very well. I didn't have the opportunity to visit the restaurant or use other facilities. Perhaps, next time. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

A rather unappealing train station hotel. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself lacks charm. The room we were offered had a narrow window overlooking service buildings. The room we stayed in, on the other hand, overlooked the station. It was spacious, the bedding was adequate, the furniture dated, and the toilet cramped. The hotel supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.) were not of the usual Logis quality. The breakfast room resembled a cafeteria, as did the food served there. We only saw one cleaning staff member.
