Warm welcome
Friendly welcome. Good level of comfort. Tastefully decorated room. Beautiful pool. We had an excellent stay.
Stay met our expectations.
Cleanliness is limited. The jacuzzi is always taken up by children playing in it. Really a shame because we had really hoped to enjoy it.
Excellent hotel, highlighting the quality of the welcome. A shower would be preferable to a bathtub.

Excellent hotel with a very friendly welcome and top-notch staff! Well located near the center of Samoëns. Excellent food and a very generous and varied breakfast.
The spaces are well laid out, the swimming pool and the park are a treat. The only downside is that the bunk beds are a bit small.
Second stay, always so well received, pleasant staff, impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, impeccable restaurant. See you next time!
A pleasant stay in an equally pleasant location. Personally, I would have appreciated locally produced yogurts for breakfast. And a few improvements to the bathroom: more light above the sink and a walk-in shower. Regardless, I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. The pool and sunbathing areas in the garden are lovely.
A magical place where you are given a genuine welcome and service is authentic and excellent.
A very welcoming hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and dinner were very generous and delicious. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The best part was the heated pool and jacuzzi, located in a beautiful park. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it without hesitation.
The hotel is more than perfect, nothing to complain about, the owners were very welcoming, the staff were excellent, the room was luxurious, the breakfasts were huge, and the restaurant was excellent. I've looked everywhere, but I can't find anything to complain about.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It is family run and they wete very helpful. It is really easy to get to the bubble up the mountain and the sauna,steam and hot tub were great after a day on the pistes. Would very much recommend.
Excellent all round
The hotel is lovely, very comfortable, highly recommended. Great spa, we used it almost every night. Toilet leak needing sorted. Need more of a selection for pescatarian. Only one dish i could have on the menu.

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for the town and nearest ski lifts. If you are planning to self cater there is limited equipment.

Pleasant stay - we stayed in one of the newer construction, really nicely done. The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast was simple but it was worth the money.
Very welcoming and gave help on bus routes and location of ski hire. Detailed description of facilities including restaurant.
The facilities were very good and we used the restaurant, very accommodating for dinner and we had breakfast each day which included hot and cold buffet.
The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a bath which was very nice after a day on the slopes.
The bar area was cosy and family oriented which was very relaxing.
Housekeeping came every day to make the beds, restock toiletries and towels if needed. We even received some chocolates on New Year’s Day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it if I visit again in the future.

Great location and comfortable room. There's EV charging but nothing to stop other cars blocking the charging bays so we couldn't use the facility. Other chargers nearby though.
Very good cocktails!
Friendly welcome in a well-located hotel. Breakfast where everyone can find something for themselves. However, we regret the size of the room and the absence of a fridge and a welcome bottle of water. On the other hand, the room has a safe. The bathroom is also very small, which does not allow for a door or shower screen, replaced by a curtain.
