A top hotel with very friendly staff who are attentive to the customer.
I love staying at Camillou's. The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast room is stylish, the welcome is warm, and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel's brasserie is amazing! It's an ideal spot for starting hikes in the Aubrac region.

We had a great stay at Camillou's. We appreciated the quality of the services, the friendliness and the availability of the staff. Special mention to Axel for his delicious cocktails 🍹 The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, everything is homemade including the yogurts. We dined at the gourmet brasserie and we really enjoyed ourselves. We appreciated being able to go to the restaurant without having to go outside. It's a very nice discovery and we will come back with great pleasure 😊

Everything was absolutely impeccable; the welcome and service are impeccable, whether at reception, at the brasserie, at breakfast or at the Spa. The accommodation is comfortable (a little noisy because children were running around in the room above mine) and well-kept, the dinner stopover at the brasserie is delicious and perfectly well served, the breakfast is generous and the welcome excellent.

The welcome at reception set the tone for our very pleasant stay. The room and bedding were very comfortable. The evening meal at La Gabale restaurant was delicious. The breakfast was exceptional!

Bland, tasteless dishes. What's more, the waitress refused to give our sweet dog a few spoonfuls of rice, preferring to give it to the farm's pigs.

This is the third time we have stayed at Camillou's. This time we had a room for 3 people, even though there were 2 of us. It was a little less nice than last time.

The "goods" correspond to: - paid spa not specified when booking - very dark breakfast room, blinds closed. Atmosphere more like a cocktail than brunch, stifling - poor quality of toilet paper. Very competent and very professional staff, pleasant and available.

So it's not easy to rate this hotel, the rooms are okay, but the price is reasonable. We shouldn't forget the main interest of this night in the hotel, being able to dine in the exceptional gourmet restaurant of Cyril Attrazic and so the dream was there, it's priceless.

A very nice surprise! A warm hotel/restaurant, a very warm welcome, a lot of professionalism, a great spa (ideal after a day of walking), a delicious breakfast and a beautiful family story. In summer, the swimming pool and the garden must be very pleasant. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the train station and shops of Aumont-Aubrac.

Room ok. Cleanliness ok overall except bathroom and toilet doors which have never been cleaned and the toilets should be sealed to ensure good hygiene. Breakfast price excessive for the choice offered. No fresh orange juice. Limited choice of bread and cereals.

Great hotel. Rooms neat but still warm (no air conditioning) and fridge missing. No loss for one night but for longer stays. If you are a bit stiff of body and limbs, showering in the bath is difficult. Bathtub bottom is slippery and hardly any grip when getting in and out. Parking lot is quite small for the size of the hotel and the two restaurants (not belonging to the hotel).

A great stopover! Family stay in one of the suites/apartments. Harmonious decoration, very pleasant and very well-appointed space. The bedding is perfect, like all the rest of the accommodation. The welcome is very professional, warm and attentive. The swimming pool is very pleasant after a somewhat hot day, we did not try the SPA. The breakfast is delicious, with high-quality local products, the breakfast area is peaceful indoors and super pleasant outdoors. We had dinner at the adjoining brasserie: everything was perfect: the ingenious and tasty dishes, the top-notch service, the super pleasant terrace. We will definitely come back, even if it means making a detour :).

A big downside. This hotel is listed as accepting connect VACATION CHECKS. Which had a preponderant character in the choice of this hotel in addition to the etik loyalty program. But it was not possible to use them...for a technical problem it seems! A tune-up with ancv is necessary.

My confirmed "evening stopover" reservation was refused upon my arrival, my room was billed at the price of the evening stopover. I had to add a meal at the hotel brasserie: aligot sausage, dessert, a glass of wine €45!! Total €150 per evening stopover.
Lovely hotel. The only negative is that in the room you can hear noise from bathrooms in other rooms.
