This was an overnight stop providing private covered parking. It was a very wet afternoon when we arrived. Our room gave a wonderful view of the Vienne and bridge. The bar was a welcome distraction from the rain and the restaurant was excellent.

Too bad the soundproofing isn't improved for the rooms above the bar.

Friendly welcome and pleasant village, but rooms on the street side are very noisy... too much traffic for a village like that... we had a coffee after breakfast (buffet)... offering it to us would have been a small, appreciated and commercial gesture, a shame.

Hotel a little difficult to locate because of the one-way system and the red light, but what a pleasure to immediately find a parking space in front of the hotel and FREE...! The terrace where passing guests quench their thirst gives the hotel an extra character of conviviality. No noise at night. (except the evening of the concert in the arenas... :-) Despite the big fan (a little noisy...) which does what it can, it is a shame not to have air conditioning... especially during this heatwave... It is also a shame not to have decaffeinated coffee freely available at breakfast. Of course, at my request one was served to me with a smile. Thank you to the lady who served it to me every morning.
Very good establishment. Spacious and very pleasant room. Quality restaurant. The only downside was the breakfast, which, in my opinion, lacked variety in terms of animal protein. I also found the quality of the bread, pastries, teas offered, and the coffee to be very average.
Hotel that needs to be renovated, the carpet in the room for example leaves something to be desired. Just opening the door would be difficult because the carpet blocked the door! There were 4 of us, we slept on a sofa bed where there weren't even any sheets to sleep on, a horrible blanket provided, a plain blanket that "scratches". Regarding the TV, only channel 2 worked. Quite a busy and noisy street. In short, avoid!

A good place to stop on the EuroVelo 3 cycle route, also known as the Scandibérique. The space for secure bicycle parking needs to be reviewed, however.

beautiful location, very friendly and professional staff
A nice hotel with a restaurant on the banks of the Vienne between the two bridges in a very quiet location. The room was very small, but perfectly adequate for one night. The breakfast was good, with nothing special, as is often the case in France. The staff was friendly and attentive. There are parking spaces nearby, and we were able to park our car in the basement of the building for a fee.

All the hallmarks of professional hospitality: friendly welcome, late evening opening, dinner possible on Sunday evenings, easy parking on site
Lack of heating, not too noisy, good quality welcome, not tested the restaurant.
The location is what really makes a stay in this hotel - it's right next to the river. The menu selection is fairly limited but the courses that we had were very good. I originally intended to use the private parking but there was easy parking available in front of the hotel on the night we stayed there.
Stay for work. Only hotel available in the area and it is the fourth time I have stayed there. The staff are welcoming but alternate between the adjacent pub and reception: an understandable situation given the size of the hotel. Furthermore, the last 2 times we were 3 people and no identity document was asked based on trust alone. Definitely dated rooms: there is no electronic key (badge type) and there is carpet on the floor (unhygienic given that the town is humid and when you enter the room with your shoes on it gets soaked with water). However, the room is clean, tidy and you sleep peacefully.
