A warm welcome, a very quiet night, and a room with a rare charm. The building is also superb and pleasant.

I appreciated the warm welcome, the atmosphere of the hotell and the restaurant.

A very charming, cozy hotel in a wonderful setting. Excellent service, ambiance, cuisine, and location. Excellent: tasteful furnishings that complement the overall design. Definitely worth a visit, even repeat visits!

Very nice hotel, old-fashioned decor. But the problem, the disappointment, is that they refuse discounted Logis vouchers, so 60 euros, not accepted. They stopped offering Logis, so they no longer accept loyalty cards. 16 euros per child for breakfast, I find the amount excessive. I don't understand why it's not indicated on the Logis website that this hotel, that Logis benefits, are no longer accepted. No discount is given if we go through the Logis website, but on their hotel website, 10 euros are granted if the reservation is made with them. The pool, not operational, given the state, it's not appealing.

Superb romantic hotel! Warm atmosphere and very stylish decoration. Charming and attentive staff... :-)

When I arrived late in the afternoon, the manager immediately informed me that she could not maintain the rate of my reservation that I made on the Logis Hôtel website. Furious, I asked her why she did not call me before I arrived, she replied that she could not call everyone because the Logis website sent her a lot of people. She also told me that she wanted to stop with the Logis Hôtel website. So, she offered me a flat rate of 10 € extra, I was unfortunately forced to accept given the time. Then, when I went up to my room, the radiators were not on, -3 degrees outside and 11 degrees in the room, I immediately turned on the radiators which were making a lot of noise, finally it was nice the next morning when I woke up, I could not take a shower, the bathroom was a real fridge. The evening of my arrival, I wanted to take a tour of the sauna area, the manager told me that it would be 20 € more, I did not accept obviously, this package is not indicated on the booking site. The only strong point of this stay in this hotel, the dinner, it was excellent. Despite that, I will not go back there again, we feel robbed, we feel the desire to take as much money as possible from us.

Atypical hotel, full of history and kept in its original state. Surprised to have had to pay on arrival. Large, quiet room with good bedding. Very beautiful restaurant but catastrophic value for money: menu with a starter at 20E, a main course at 30E and a dessert at 12E, i.e. prices worthy of a gourmet restaurant to eat a slice of foie gras and a supreme of poultry! To be avoided absolutely.

Very friendly staff, unusual location, just one downside: the restaurant menu is quite thin and the quality/price ratio is disappointing.

I didn't understand. Refusal of my Logis card with the explanation that he left the group while I had booked through the Logis website???

I had a very bad night. When I arrived the room was without heating. Constant noise of water circulating in the radiator... slept very badly. An overpriced breakfast

A timeless residence with incredible charm. Excellent starting point for hikes and swimming pool on the way back. Incredible historical past.

Well located hotel, very beautiful, but negative points: * No courtesy tray in the room, and not even a water fountain in the hotel. * Very expensive meal and no choice (we did not eat) Only one starter (melon and ham, only one main course veal entrecôte, chanterelle sauce, only one dessert panacota with red fruits) Nothing gastronomic or gourmet!!! * Swimming pool impractical because green color (pollution? filter? We stayed 3 days in August, it was very hot, and we would have liked to cool off when returning from our visits or hikes, and this was not possible. * I asked when paying the bill, when we left, for a gracious gesture to compensate us for this unpleasant surprise, but no, nothing!!!! Not very commercial! We had come in 2019, and returned because we were very satisfied, but this was not the case this year.

Very nice hotel, it's a feast for the eyes.

The hotel is delightful and charming. It is in a quiet street in Thann which is a pretty little town with many houses that look like pictures in story books. The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Would like to suggest a couple of additions to the very elegant and well equipped room. It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and also a small fridge for chilled water and the ability to keep Somme medications suitably cool.

A friendly welcome. Too bad the Chef is in a hurry and only one menu is offered.

Small room

Very small room. No soundproofing. A breakfast for 16 euros with only poor quality industrial products. Free private parking but small and not very well organized But the setting is magnificent. Too bad there's nothing in Thann. Everything is closed on Saturday afternoon.

Nicely located hotel, nice and quiet with a beautiful park around it. Our room was nicely decorated. The food was a disappointment: only one starter and one main course, no choice whatsoever. Prices far too high for what is offered. An alcohol-free cocktail was made for me (fruit juice, grenadine, sparkling water, orange slice) which was on the bill for €15. In Paris you pay less than €10 for cocktails, even non-alcoholic ones. With a better restaurant this would be a top hotel.

We had an economy room in line with the requested rate. No more no less. Gift vouchers accepted despite some reluctance.

We had the pleasant surprise of receiving a very comfortable upgraded room.
