Hello - I found you very difficult to deal with - messages were not answered in a timely fashion or at all, when i last tried to cancel. Emials were confusing about cancellation period - 'Cancellation free of charge until 2 p.m. on D-1 to' me means I can cancel up to 2pm on the day of the first night's stay - but it means D minus 1. This is unclear and misleading. Due to the difficulty of using your booking service, and this serious misunderstanding I cannot recommend your hotel group. I hope this helps. Fantastic location and very helpful team. My room was very comfortable with a nice en suite. My only issue was the plumbing. The shower tray kept overflowing onto the floor because it could not drain. Otherwise, it is a good hotel for the price. I enjoyed my stay.
