On closer inspection, the hotel restaurant is classified as Elegance and Tasty by Logis, at first glance this is misleading, if the hotel were classified as Cosy and Gourmet we would know what to expect and the judgment would be accordingly and everything would be fine.
Great location.
hospatility and hospitality are not really there. The owner does not seem really driven. Staff is rushed and does not seem to feel at ease. People look tense and do not radiate much friendliness. Understand that the hotel has difficulty getting staff! For the breakfast buffet you have to be on time! Otherwise a lot is gone and is replenished with great difficulty and pain. The restaurant is qualitatively very simple. Parking is good
The hotel does not merit the classification ‘hôtel élégance. Had it been ‘hôtel cosy’ we would not have been so disappointed. The other hotels with the top classification provide coffee, water with proper glasses (not paper ones) and other accessories. Our room was quite basic. The position of the hotel is excellent however.

Good proportion single room but very strange bathroom. Wc and shower attached to each other with a shower curtain as a separation. Instead of a sink, a hand basin.

Too bad the hotel description doesn't specify that there is no elevator and that the stairs are very steep. Elderly people should refrain, especially as the bathtub is old and the bottom is very slippery. cordial reception and pleasant staff
I’ve visited this hotel many times. The new owners have added their own signature of quality. Very enjoyable. They have kept all the good elements and added some new touches. Wonderful.

Big negative point for the room which smelled of mold the wallpaper of the headboard was full of it, the smell remained present despite the ventilation of the room. Bathroom tile was peeling off. Too bad for this point reported to the reception. Otherwise the location and the rest of the service was correct.

Super location of this hotel, well maintained old building with park and lake nearby, in a pretty little town. Warm welcome and ease of movement with outdoor room. Nice breakfast and good restaurant.
There is no air conditioning in the room in a loft on the top floor with a lot of accumulated heat. There is also no elevator, having to climb stairs with suitcases 3 floors. The stairs stink very badly with humidity. There is no shower support because the bathtub is in the sloping area of the attic, you necessarily have to shower sitting down. There is no toilet paper roll holder.
Friendly reception staff. Room of average quality (condensation on all the windows, bathroom door which does not close because the wood has been worked) Very expensive and entirely industrial breakfast. Complicated stay for people with food allergies because no allergen card.

Medium evening meal, shepherd's pie of tuna? a mash with canned tuna, no sauce, no presentation? breakfast, average, industrial pastries.
We booked late with a request for dinner but we were not contacted to tell us there was no restaurant availability.
