Delighted with our stay at Domaine de la Rhonie!

Beautiful place, friendly welcome, plenty of parking, a heated swimming pool even in late October and excellent home-cooked food. Perfect for a stopover on the way to the Western Channel.

I already knew the La Rhonie area with Emmanuelle and Mickaël. I didn't hesitate for a moment to come back to it. Still very good. Quiet stay. Everything is perfect. Without forgetting the warm and kind welcome from Emmanuelle and Mickaël. The human being in its purest state.

Everything was just really beautiful. We are coming again next year

This family run hotel is very well appointed and with modern rooms . The hostess could not have been more welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The food was well prepared by the chef husband. Astonishingly he was working on his own. The is a really nice swimming pool. The hotel is set in delightful countryside with great views. Highly recommended.

In need of calm and rest, the Domaine de la Rhonie is without hesitation the establishment to recommend and discover when visiting the Dordogne.

Very nice hotel in a quiet location, close to many tourist sites in the region. Very functional room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the fields and the forest. Very welcoming owners. Everything was perfect. We will come back.

Unaware of the town of Sarlat la Caneda, we booked; However, we hadn't expected the property to be so isolated - which was very pleasant overall! Lots of landscape and peace! The breakfast was great and left nothing to be desired.

This stay in this hotel leaves us with regrets: we were very well received by Emmanuelle and Mickaël, the calm and the view of a beautiful forest, the delicious meals concocted by Mickaël with local products, the wise advice for visits by Emmanuelle, the refreshing swimming pool upon returning from our walks and finally the bedroom with its very comfortable bed and Olympian calm. Regrets at not having been able to enjoy our charming hosts (like long-time friends) for even longer, this very relaxing setting which allows you to recharge your batteries (and even that of the car thanks to the charging stations). It is certain and certain, we will come back.

Very friendly welcome accompanied by a happy surprise of upgrading the room chosen (standard) to a higher category. Moreover, the site is very pleasant, to the point that we would have stayed one or two more days if we had had the necessary time to do so. Calm and quiet site far from noise and traffic, an exceptional place. We had a more than pleasant stay coupled with excellent cuisine in the restaurant.

We spent a week of relaxation in a bucolic and calm setting, not far from all the sites near Sarlat. The Hotel de la Rhonie has the advantage of being quiet, in the middle of a forest and despite everything accessible. The food is excellent and the welcome friendly and warm.

No need to look for a restaurant other than that of the hotel, Michael is a fine cook who will know how to delight you.
