Very pretty and quiet room, quality evening stopover
Magnificent view in a typical and quiet village. Spacious and modern room. Very good cuisine at an affordable price. A superb welcome to top it all off. The only small problem is that the quality of the WI-FI does not allow you to watch a film in streaming.
The hotel is very nice, the room comfortable. But overall it is not a family hotel. Rather stuffy and lots of elderly people. The presence of children does not seem welcome. The prices are high for a disappointing quality of welcome.
A very good stopover to remember for a slightly longer stay in Cantal.

A beautiful place in a pretty village. As a bonus, the view of the sunset every evening when you are at the restaurant, even if you are not in Oia, it is still good. For us a nice surprise, one of the best hotels in its category that we have visited in recent years. We had made this choice for its location in the village. Given the difficulty of parking in the prettiest villages, it is important for a nice immersion to be able to live in it. Bravo to the owners for their involvement.

What can I say except that my wife and I want to return to Salers to this hotel. The only difficulty is that the public car park in front of the hotel has few spaces and in August... but we manage

Ideally located for a visit to Salers and the Cantal mountains. This newly renovated accommodation has everything to please, spacious room, generous quality table and what about the Spa which will offer you an unforgettable experience of relaxation and relaxation Perfect for cyclists returning from Puy Mary and the Cantal mountains loop. The staff was really lovely
The family room is exceptional due to its size, the quality of its layout, the comfort of its bedding and its view.
The 3 star rating seems excessive compared to other hotels of the same style. Pleasant welcome. Wifi problem corrected after 3 requests from me. Bedding in room 26 is really very limited. Wooden slatted base for a hotel of this style seems to me not up to par. Pleasant room except for the problem of summer heat. No air conditioning due to environmental constraints. There is a fan in the room but good luck if you want to sleep. Dinner served outside. Tasteless dishes (crayfish and trout). Lack of finishing in the sauces and presentations. Industrial frozen dessert except the gentian accompaniment. Very friendly and responsive waitresses. Only one downside regarding the waitress with many tattoos: pay attention to the cleanliness of the black service apron stained with stains. It's the little detail that makes a difference. Decent breakfast. Bread and croissant already cut in basket at each table while a buffet is available. Cold meats presented really not appetizing. Pleasant staff. So a very mixed assessment if I compare to other establishments of the same class So a mixed assessment of our stay compared to other 3 stars

we have known this establishment for a long time, everything is good, just to point out that the 2 twin beds are very tight and therefore the comfort would be perfect if they were wider (1.20) or juxtaposed, thus making a large comfortable bed.

Lovely quiet hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very friendly helpful staff. A beautiful location with fabulous views. The food was excellent. And you have a cat who is adorable and its so nice to see him being treated as one of the family. The only downside to the whole stay was the wifi - very hit and miss and once you stepped outside the hotel it was virtually non-existent.

A beautiful, wonderfully located house with lovely hosts. Good starting point for hikes at 1000m above sea level and a relaxing landscape. And in the evening the bells of the grazing Salers cattle lull you to sleep. Very calming.
The staff is very pleasant and welcoming, the rooms are very nice and the landscape beautiful. Honestly, nothing to complain about. I would come back and for longer.
We had a good stay, however we really regret the shutters or exterior blinds which are essential given the heat of the summer months now. Given this we would be hesitant to return another time. It's a shame. We understand that there is no air conditioning in a listed village but shutters? We had 30 degrees all week to sleep! Everything else was very good.
