Very warm welcome and friendly staff. Pleasant hotel, although the cleaning wasn't perfect! Breakfast was overpriced. Otherwise, a nice stay.

Very nice hotel, beautifully renovated with a beautiful view at the end of the village, so very quiet. Room and bathroom tastefully decorated. Varied breakfast. Restaurant with local and quality products.

Quiet location in the town of Salers
This is our second visit and we appreciate the peace and quiet and the location of the hotel. The entire team is welcoming.
Excellent hotel, the staff is very pleasant (there were only women during our stay, very kind to the children, smiling, very pleasant) The place is very well located in Salers with parking right next door and a magnificent view The perfect family room with large bathroom and separate toilet in the room, very clean. The restaurant is excellent, the dishes offered are very good (the scallop risotto, the duck breast, the truffade...)

The best of the best accommodations. A model to follow in terms of hospitality and quality of service. Both for the rooms and for the meals and breakfasts. Just one tiny downside: despite its status as one of the most beautiful villages in France, access to the hotel should really be signposted to avoid disturbing walkers twice to find the right street. Our GPS was stuck in the alleys...

Friendly hotel, prime location with the esplanade right next door.
We had a very pleasant overnight stay and meal with our two dogs. A hearty breakfast was served on the terrace with a splendid view, accompanied by the sound of cowbells. The staff and guests were very friendly with dogs. We highly recommend it!
We liked the location of the hotel, Salers is a beautiful town and the hotel has brilliant valley and Puy views. The valley-view room we had was a generous size, although the toilet room was tiny and felt boxy. The restaurant food was good for breakfast and evening meal. Lovely place to stay.
A very pleasent stay. We first booked one night. Then after arriving added one more night and finally, a third night. Very good service and good humoured staff. Location very good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. The restaurant's food is generous and very good. I highly recommend this hotel, which is very well located in Salers, with nearby parking. The restaurant's bay windows face the snow-capped mountains in the morning, and red kites regularly soar in front of the terrace. Magnificent!
Very nice relaxation area. Pleasant staff. Downside on the bedding, especially the lack of a duvet. There was a blanket and bedspread. The cat woke the hotel at 7:30 a.m.
Perfect for a business stopover, a desk is available in a large room. The meal was very good and plentiful.
