Good food, nice staff, good location.
A comfortable hotel with lovely food and a warm and generous host
Special advantage: Hotel is family-run, friendly people, room occupancy already possible in the late morning because rooms are already ready.
Establishment very well located for hiking departures. The welcome from the staff was very pleasant and smiling. The room was simple but very good. The dinner was really plentiful and of good quality. As for breakfast, there was everything with homemade jams. Thank you to the managers of this establishment.
I have rarely felt so comfortable in a hotel. A very friendly welcome, a spacious room, an encouraging word in the morning, a kind word in the evening about the excellent food in the restaurant. I was completely happy.

Short stay with family, the family room was spacious and quiet. We slept well there. No worries during the stay for us.

Very warm welcome, very comfortable hotel, the owner takes great care, the whole team is very professional and particularly friendly. the room is super comfortable, with everything you need for a very good stay. The evening menu is perfect, the food is of high quality! The breakfast is perfect, for all tastes. I even extended my stay by an extra night!
A Logis Essentiel hotel qualitatively below others nearby (old-fashioned / poor sound insulation). The owners are very pleasant, with a “grandmother-style” family atmosphere. The catering is quite correct but not "gourmet", rather "local", family atmosphere.
Super welcoming people always with a smile and gave us very good information about the visits to be made in the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel restaurant. The restaurant is very very good and of very good quality.

Great, very family-run small hotel!
The rooms are appropriate for the 2 stars and spacious. The beds are comfortable and lie well in them. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. I can only recommend the kitchen for my trout. I can only make a visual assessment of the other dishes from fellow guests, which is also positive. I would definitely come back here again. Accessibility is good by train (train station approx. 800m, by car: the house is on the little-used thoroughfare, hiking: the house is right on the GR53.

Decent room but outdated bathroom. The latter without a power outlet or thermostatic tap in the shower. Be careful not to take a room on the street side, which is very busy even at night.

Choice of a three-day stay in a 'Logis' rather than a modern, soulless 'standard' hotel. the proposal View on the internet, promised a typical atmosphere of the Vosges / Alsace. We can even say that the overall 'atmosphere' is rather 'old-fashioned', with probably a general decoration which must go back to the origin (1963). A rather 'static' menu, very tasty, but with a lack of vegetables and salads; lighter dishes.; But great food..; old fashioned again. Friendly atmosphere and very good reception and availability of the hostess.
